No offense nonewhatsoever. And The Ambience of the hotel is Really great With Great View of the Irumpanam Junction and its surrounding especially during the Night Sky light and Alsp By the fact that there is an Enchanting silence that are only ruptured by Some bit to bit Passing of Vehicles. 👍

The roof top pool side bar is simply beyond words. The best ambience in Kochi if I would say. Not much crowd and the rates are also par. Top quality and tasty food. Suggest you to try Chicken Tikka.. Highly recommended.

Tasty food,especially fish items

During my last visit we ordered for lime soda. After taking the order they delivered fresh lime!The bill was for Rs.158.00 including GST, for 3 fresh lime. I made a cash payment using a 200 rupee note.And they gave me a balance of Rs. 40.00. they were too busy to let me know that they dont have change for the balance Rs. 2.00.Its not about the amount but the way how deal with customers.

Staff not at all helpful or nice. Starting from security guard to the waitress. Not her fault as she couldnt speak any language I was comfortable with. Management should train staff in such basic things. Food was not anything to write home about. Definitely not worth the price. The NM at statue is way way better and value for money

Yesterday we went to this hotel for lunch 50 pax. We check with management can you accommodate 50 pax. They agreed.They ask us to sit on the main restaurant.But later on they ask us to move to roof garden we agreed.We ordered the food but after two hours we did not get food ,later we got food it was taste less & spoiled food, even thali meals costly but its smell bad and taste like spoiled..And also we 30 thali meals but they provide 20 thali meals at time because they dont have enough plates & culinarys .They spoiled our entire tour, time,ours fun.We never recommend restaurant like this. Raitinting 00000.Very pure performance.They are not capable for this business. Thank you for bad service..

Nice Hotel with good service

I went to the underground bar. The rate is reasonable compared to other places in the locality the ambiance is also ok. This place also has a minus degree bar wihich serves laxuary liquor and cocktails. This place also has a banquet hall for functions and small parties. NM also serves good food in their restaurant.

Hotel with friendly staff , clean & tidy , good room service , Initially we were given a spare room since our booked room was not ready , then we enquired about our room a day later and they immediately changed it with better space superior room ( even though it was us who enquired about the proper booked room) , Apart from that everything was good ... Staff were always smiling and we were greeted every now and then ... Breakfast was good too..Overall a positive experience :)

NM Royale County is located on the main road. It is a 3 star hotel. The food is expensive but tasty. The rooms are luxurious but small. Instant room service. In the room-a TV, a double bed, a cupboard with iron box and lockers and hairdryer. The room is nice and I would recommend this room to anyone within the budget.

A perfect Business Hotel just out skrits of Kochin. Very few Business hotels are available here and major Kochin refinery is located and also LPG gas bottling plant is established here. This hotel convinient if you are on business to Kochin refinery which located just few kilometers from here. Service and food is good. Most of the package includes complementary breakfast. Nearest railways is Tripunithara and very easy to reach hotel.

Hotel green park is very neat ,clean and value for money hotel situated Talcher main town .i stayed for 3 nights its near to NTPC kaniha plant around 28 km and another plants.still food quality and test need to improve . over all good experience.Travel service and value for money

Worst Service. They didnt bother about serving a glass of water!!! Heavens... Mutton curry seems to be like egg roast gravy mixed in low quality mutton getting in the market!! (I doubt whether it was mutton!!??) And charge @ 3 star rates!! No courtesy staff!! Poor experience...

An average Hotel only

Very good Hotel with peaceful location in Thripunitra at affordable prices. It will take almost an hour+ to travel to this Hotel from Cochin International Airport. Staff is good and very helpful. Buffet breakfast is complimentary in CP package and lunch, dinner facilities are also available. Swimming pool also available here. Surrounded with coconut trees and lush green.

All. I am writing my experience on NM restaurant very recently. Overall I noticed quality of the restaurant service become very poor. Please note, I used to go NM’s restaurant in many occasions since I live very close to this place. The person who takes the order doesnt have any idea what job he is doing. he pretends like he is taking order and when it comes to you , will end up getting sometime else. For Eg I had ordered pasta and they used macaroni in it. They will give their typical sorry kind of answers when we ask them. Also noticed another incident on next table. Family ordered Perl spot and restaurant supplied another fish which is similar to it.. Well ..in case you happened to go there for your precious family time, please do double check on everything.

NM Royal County is easily accessible and has ample parking space. Food is decent. Service is average.Location is outskirts of Kochi City so no other area of interest nearby. Because it is located near major industrial area, staying here may be useful if you business there.

It was wonderful to stay at NM Royale county and specially their service was good. One mr Rajashekharan welcomes us nicely with a cool tender coconut welcome drink and he was so nice to us. He explained everythng politly and over all people were nice to us. Only suggestion from me is they can include some more items for the breakfast

Good bar Hotel. Food is costly. But in executive bar, its neat and clean. Service is also good. Food quality is also good. Only negative point is its costly. The only snack which fall under RS 100 is boiled eggs. All other snacks costs around 120+ or higher. its a good place for small get-together or party. Ample space for parking.

Wonderful hotel and excellent staff! The property is very clean and is maintained brilliantly. The only areas of improvement I noticed are 1) General delay in service delivery and 2) Frequent power outages. If they can find solutions to both these issues, nothing can stop them from becoming one of the best hotels in Ernakulam district.

Nice place for an evening with friends or family. Bar facility available with decent service. If you want to have a get together or small business/family functions they have ample space. Food quality is commendable when it comes to pricing depends on how you worth it....

The Hotel room was spacious and well designed. The finishes were at par with any 4 star Hotel room. Very well maintained and kept clean. The Hotel looks new and inviting. The buffet break fast served was tasty, healthy and definite value for money.

Loved the location of the hotel which is bit quiet and peaceful. The rooms were worth the price and it has been maintained so clean. The food was delicious though i felt the price was bit high. The staffs were friendly and i liked their service. Overall it was a good experience.

Surprisingly good continental food at a Restaurant geared towards a kerala-style buffet. Visited there for lunch with family. Had a creamy mashed potatoes and chicken dish. Loved it. Brilliant ambiance. White Floors, glass all around. Metal fittings were chrome finished.

Its a 3 star hotel with all the amenities.. restaurant, party hall, rooms and stuff. The stuff was helpful and kind. There is a hall for birthday parties and other functions.

We stay here was really enjoyable. The locality is calm and peaceful. The service is good. The staffs are decent and well trained. But the food can be better.

A good option if u are visiting BPCL Kochi plant or nearby area. Local food good , but if u r not looking for Kerala Food be ready to struggle. Call Vikky the Room Service men he will definitely help u.
