Easy to locate. Service of the staff is also awesome. Rooms were actually very small than expected, but clean and good. Other facilities were awesome.Overall nice room and it was a pleasant stay.

Stayed here for 1 night after booking through make my trip app. The reception staff and others were courteous. The room was a little small as expected from Google Map photos. The stay was good and the ambiance was nice. Had a pleasant stay. The furnishings inside were new.

Kodavath residency is very beutiful area and reasonable rates for us. Good rooms and nice service and more liked his character. The staff behavior and services is very good. We get in there hot water for bath.and am enjoyed my 2 days

Excellent stay at such a low tariff. Friendly staff, from the gentlemen at the reception to the room attendant. Room service on demand can be arranged at reasonable prices at nearby restaurant. Thank you guys!

Its a average place to stay. They have breakfast. Good toilet. Small rooms. Cupboards are old. TV and AC are also available.

Nice staffs. Good rooms. In basement mobile network is poor so try to take rooms in 1st or 2nd floor.

The worst property i have ever seen 1) There were worms and ants all around the room. (not inside) 2) They burnt garbage next to the room. 3) Wet garbage was dumped right next to the room. 4) The staff said that since i had taken the rooms through **** i was given the room next to the garbage. They have clean rooms only for direct customers. 5) The first day the staff refused to serve tea / coffee at 7am saying they can only do that after 8am along with beakfast. 6) no security guard. 7) The back door of the shabby hotel which is next to room was kept open throughout , day and night. 8) Other customers were smoking with their doors open. 9) The bed sheet and the towel provided had pale yellow stains however did not smell bad. 10) The worst was the staff said that since i had paid only 1000 for the room i was give this kid of rooms and they have clean rooms only for direct customers .Hotel Tip: never opt for this property.

Good stay midst of town

Overpriced.... no proper ventilation in the rooms and they combine 2 cots and pass it off as a double bed.... you cant sleep comfortably. Staff is friendly... however, thats cause they will will take the leniency to request a 5 star rating though the hotel doesnt deserve it. Note: the cockroach and smoke filled room and the split double bed. BUT the hotels location is very close to Aluva railway station and bus stop and getting to Kochi airport is also convenient.

One of worst room I ever stayed... Simply they converted underground parking area to rooms and given to Oyo customers.. hard board partition, insects, no exhaust, windows opening to lobby where no exhaust facility... Simply serving customers like pigs

Having chockroch.. Water leaks inside wall... No hot water facilities

Nice rooms friendly staffs I have enjoyed the trip rooms are so neat and comfort its near by railway station and near bus stand very easy to transport all other places I was really liked and very happy .

If you are booking through OYO or any other online platforms this hotel offers you old rooms in the ground floor.they provide new rooms only to customers who book over their counter... So OYO rooms in this hotel are not value for the money you are paying .

Room is unclean..the bed sheets are torn and stained. I found a tuft of hair in the bathroom and a pipe was leaking. I tried to complain through the hotel phone but the phone wasnt working. The only good thing is the behaviour of the staff. Even 2 stars is overrated.

Hotel reception in on 2nd floor, but the rooms are in Lower basement. They are generally cramped rooms. The AC is not good n theres a table fan. The hot water doesnt come 24hrs n sometimes u have to call the reception to to enable the hot water.

Its very near to Aluva railway station. Its very near market. We will given rooms in basement. And reception is on 2nd floor. Hot water facility is pathetic. Rooms are very small. Its okay if u r looking for budget rooms. But if u want to travel to munnar, try to book some other hotel.

Best budget hotel near to railway stations

Staff is very friendly and accommodation is very close to the Aluva station. Ideal for a airport transfer from here then going to ernakulam as the distance is shorter and it save time and money.

Though rooms are small, its well maintained

Room was little cramped but tidy. Bathroom was clean ,staff courteous. A simple appam with kadalai kuzhambu and chappathi for breakfast. Tea was good. Within walkable distance of aluva railway station . We stayed for only 5 hours before proceeding to wonderla. Served its purpose
