We stayed 1 night in this hotel , a well maintained business class hotel. The hospitality of the staff is highly appreciated. The lunch was avarage , breakfast was yummy.

Stayed few months back. Rooms are good. Breakfast was not that great. The place is good only if you have any work related stuff in Infopark.

Excellent Property.We had an overnight stay at this wonderful property.Pwrfectly maintained space which follows all the safety measures.The whole area is well balanced and perfectly maintainedLunch was fair enough ,the service part was exceptional the gentleman i forget his name was courtious and very friendly.They had a wonderful swimming pool on the top floor creates an awsome vibe.An evening out there in the pool makes the whole day awsome.Breakfast sounds excellent and the housekeeeping team is doing a great job out there.The check in experience was not fair enough as the information passed during the check in made a slight confusion.As the gentleman in the reception was not aware whether the pool is open or not.And passing an information without confirming makes a slight confusion.Rest ever thing was perfect as this incident makes me to post a four star rather than a 5 star .Thanks to the whole team.

The location is amazing including the professional staff. They are very courteous, I almost felt like home with my known people. Ms Shreyata is too sweet and very approachable. Keep up the great work guys. Seeing your high spirits in such tough time made me feel very comforting.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 days. Room was pretty big and clean. Breakfast was sumptuous with several Kerala dishes, pan-indian dishes and international dishes. View from the 9th floor was awesome. Not to mention the infopark night skyline view from the infinity pool in the 14th floor. Overall really satisfied with the hospitality and stay.

The best place to stay at Kakkanad would be four points. The food is soo good. The rooms are superb. If its in your budget, book with out second thought.

Was staying for 3 nights in Four point Sheraton. The stay here is excellent. The hospitality of the staffs are highly appreciated. Only suggestion from our end is that if you guys could improve on the complementary breakfast and the foods. You could add more items on the breakfast list and also improve the taste of the food. This area if you could improve it will give you much better ratings.

I happened to visit Sheraton four points as a part of company meeting last week. Ill explain one by one:1. If you order any food for room service it will take minimum one hour atleast to deliver. If youre hungry go for Zomato or else a restaurant nearby.2. There is no smoking zone. If youre a smoker everytime you have to come to the entrance of the hotel for smoking.3. Tissue at the common washroom is mouldy. The smell on the tissue is so strong. It might be atleast 2-3 years old.4. We have arranged a poolside dinner and 4 of us out of total were not given food as they said the time is over. The person who was in charge behaved very rude.Overall rating is ZERO STAR!!!!I have already escalated this issues my company and we will not choose this hotel anymore for future functions.

The hospitality and service was awesome !! One of the best 5 star hotels in Kerala. Starting from check in to check out , the service was super awesome. Staff were friendly and supportive and was ready to help for almost everything. Valet parking facility was there and room was super clean and spacious. I couldnt find any negatives and I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights in Four points by Sheraton. It was a wonderful stay. The hospitality of the staff is highly appreciated. Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Strictly follows COVID protocol. Calm and quiet place. Sad that pool and gym are closed due to COVID restrictions. I was staying on the 10th floor, so the view from the room was amazing.Overall its a great place to stay during a Business/Leisure journey

I am typing this review from the room 820 of four points. Where is the 5 star standard?The airconditioner wont go below 24 degrees and with the think comforter they have provided, its impossible to sleep. It to hot inside the comforter. I have called the recipiention and complained about this and an engineer came to the room front with in 10 minutes. He told me that he will configure it and left. Thats it. Its been an hour since he left. Temperature is still 24.I feel like getting cheated right now. I wont recommend this service to any of my friends so shall to those who read this. Stay at some at hotels.

Extremely quiet stay in a city. Good road connectivity but no public transport until you have the metro completed next year. Good break fast and dinner buffet but nothing special or unique. A word of caution about a poor parking facility. You may have to park your vehicle at difficult areas or blocking parked vehicles. A quiet difficult situation when you drive in a big SUV.

Very relaxing and clean place. Staff extremely polite and helpful. Strictly following covid protocols. The buffet was nice. But my only compliant is the air conditioning even it max it doesnt feel cool. For that reason am taking a star on the off

Four points is like a second home for me now as I stay a lot of time here for peaceful business stays. Its at the most fruitful location. Services are excellent and mindblowing. The management is so nice as they give contracts for registered firms with custom price. One of the very best business class hotel in Marriot Bonvoy in Cochin.

Loved the stay at this place. The breakfast was really nice. The staff was really courteous and helpful. The issues we had with the room television was sorted out really quick. Sad that the pool was closed. But, the stay was amazing. The bed was soo good, soo comfortable. Well maintained room. Love it!

This place is amazing. the rooms are spacious and filled with all amenities. View is awesome and so is the locality. food is good. bar shuts at 20:30hrs and theres happy hours till 18:00hrs. staff is good. reception boy Mr. Adharsh is amazing and friendly. its 30 mins from the airport and its totally worth it.

Really Satisfying. Small but cute it seems. The Bar area could be improved when it comes to the interior and design, you cant actually control the light comming in, as in when you want the bar dark, it is not quite possible due to the light comming in.

I usually dont write bad reviews because I understand how it is like to work for customer service! But yesterdays was no way forgivable! We checked in around 16:45hrs at 14/04/21...we had come back from flight, we had not had our lunch but very light breakfast, when we reached hotel it was past lunch hours so we ordered for heavy snacks instead thinking thatll be our lunch and dinner for we were Exausted and wanted to rest .. We explained it to to the lady who received our call named Sanjana. She then said shell give a call back after few minutes which she didnt, then we call up again she then said shell give a call back after she checks with the chef... Which she didnt! We were already very hungry and annoyed! We called up again and she asked us to repeat our order! Like seriously??!!! We did anyway and we received the snacks after two and half our! Were talking about food! We already informed her were skipping dinner cause we were tired and we had morning flight the next day! But she showed no sign of concern and on top of that she definitely didnt know how to do her job well!!! We asked for feedback form but she said we dont have feedback forms Then I asked her where should I give my feedback, she told me shed send the link via email and also collected my mail ID but I got no mail hence forced to review here, I made sure this was informed to the higher authority because I dont want another customer to waste their time and energy with irresponsible staff after a rough day!

Courteous staff, pretty well maintained property, situated at Info park near TCS and well connected to sea port road. Rooms are spacious and buffet usually is good. Gave four star because they dont have much options for pure vegetarians but if you are non-vegetarian than you have plenty of options.

Went in for the buffet dinner.Felt like number of dishes were lower compared to other buffets in Kochi. However the ones that they served were tasty.Will visit again.

The service in the bar was poor and the loud music inside will not allow the people inside to have a relaxed conversation. Ambience was something most might not enjoy. The valet parking was good and prompt.

We have been to this place on last December. The place is beautifully maintained and is kept clean and hygiene. The rooms were amazing and it was a new information for me that four points Sheraton was managed by Marriot group. They have kept the marriot standards within a limited budget in sheraton. Being the covid time, they have kept everything as per the covid guidelines and protocols. This hotel is located near to Kochi infopark back gate, near to police aid post. The location is quite as it was covid time and is easily accessible. Lot of greenery on either side of the road to this place. It is away from the busiest city. It’s definitely a luxury on calmness (considering the location). The food is excellent with good quality and taste. It was neatly maintained and decorated during the xmas time (during our visit). Its a worth stay there if you have plan to visit kochi, where u can stay away and sleep peacefully away from the busy city.Thank you.

Absolute ridiculous service. Hotel is neat. But the service deserves zero star. I checked in 40 minutes back, asked to open the interconnected door which was booked in advance. But even after requesting several times we did not get it.opened. after 2nd call the reception stopped attending our calls! RIP#service. We called the emergency number given. No action happened till now. I would recommend customers to be aware of this.Also be careful while booking this hotel for more than 4 persons thru Make My Trip. They show a final amount while booking, but charge for an extra person once you are here.We are very disappointed.

Food did not meet my expectations. Room was great so were the staff. Had a great stay. A great deal of facilities were unavailable due to the pandemic and government regulations like pool and the bar.

Single and Double Rooms Available, The Food is Good, Tasty and Provides all Varieties.Google says its a 5* Hotel but TBH it Seems in Par with other 5* Like Taj, Le Meridian, Ramada etc... Facilities are Good but it Seems like a 4* Hence Giving a 4* Rating only Because it shows 5* over Google wherein when Compared to other 5*s it doesnt Match else its the Best Restaurant/Hotel/Lodge in an near Infopark.

The room is very nice but air-conditioning was very poor ,even after I report the issue they doesnt make a solution,the room was so hot and not able to sleep overnight.

In general good service - especially restaurant staff and pretty good room. A room service cart was parked in front of the room most of the time. The service door in the alley (next to my room) which was an eye sore with unclean utensils and water bottles strewn on floor was always kept open. Despite indicating the same when asked for feedback they took thier time to move it and service door was indeed wide open when I checked out 😊If you are not a stickler to such nitty gritties ...a good place

After a last-minute discussion, we had decided to have a stay in Four points for this weekend. And we had a wonderful experience in Four Points.Accentuates of stay was -- Staffs were very supportive and attentive even for a late-night emergency without a delay.- They have a variety of luscious cuisines particularly our Nadan items like fish & mutton. Usually, I notice a foul smell of fish in dishes even in luxurious hotels. But here the texture and aroma of nadan masala were praiseworthy.- I wanted to appreciate their Staff, Mr. Deepesh. I was totally messed up while check-in due to some personal reasons. But when I entered he just gave me contiguous smile and walked away, even if he was not attending us too. For the last stay, he was the one who assisted us while check-in and he was so polite and sweet in his dealings. I was glad to experience the consistency in his approach and dedication. A smile may be so simple but it can impact our next moment. Thank you Deepesh 🥰

I had booked in for bfast ....after my long haul flight and having had been confirmed that bfast would be served. It never arrived. Not even a half hearted apology after bringing it to their notice. Impertinent. Room is just ok. Tea / coffee sachets are served miserly.

The best Hotel in the Infopark area and one of the best in Cochin for a peaceful stay. My family is so comfortable here, its like their first choice in Cochin. The breakfast spread is good. The lunch and dinner buffet is also O.K. Being a coastal area would appreciate more seafood choices. The reception area was shifted to the ground floor from mezzanine level or higher, it would have been nice if the sofas are also placed at ground level so that people can rest after long flight or drive. Happy to recommend this property.

Visited on the 29th Jan for dinner buffet.with family, based on the reviews.Unfortunately, may be our bad day...The spread and the taste was not appealing at all, ie nothing exceptional....I had shared my views with FB Manager and the Chef too, should appreciate their time listening patiently..Cheers to the Service Team(My 2Stars are for them).To be frank, It was not worth the amount,I will think twice next time....!!!
