One of the best natural resort in Ernakulam district. Very much satisfied with the resort and its beautiful surroundings. This resort situated in an island, so literally you are moving away from the hustle and bustle of the city. To reach the resort you have to rely on a boat , the boat journey itself bring the charm. You can do lots of activities in the resort. As well you get delicious food there. There is a scope of developments in the resort to elevate it to a better one. Overall we had a good experience.

An amazing and homely getaway place in Kerala. Friendly staff and scenic environment is a plus. They do host small gatherings from corporates and family get togethers which was amazing to witness. Also they have curated some activities that you can do in the property and a well maintained and clean pool to take a dip

The experience of living in a resort was something we will always cherish. Green Island property have vast area of land thereby giving you the private space and time for yourself and with your loved ones. The rooms were beautiful and squish clean with all amenities to make our stay comfortable and perfect. The food options were many and taste was top-notch and the staff were friendly and on their toes doing their best. It was a perfect weekend getaway that provided us the much needed peace away from the city madness that each one of us seeks.

The place is homely and nature is at its best, good for a stroll any number of times. Besides its apt to hang out on a week end with your pet made very welcome, with no conditions attached.She loved it.

Serene place to spend a weekend. So much of greenery around you. We had a good time there catching fishes. The rabbits, turkey hens, pigeons, duck are all a beautiful sight. You need to get into a boat inorder to reach the resort. A very simple and elegant place to spend a weekend. Loved it.

It’s a beautiful resort. Truly relaxing. Full of greenery and best amenities. The swimming pool is to be mentioned specially which is the best attraction of the location . The resort is spacious and they provide kids playing areas too .

Visited with my friends. There is parking facility on the other end and you need to reach to the resort on their boat. Good spot to stay with family and friends. The resort is about an hour and half from fort kochi. An actual eco green island. The location is accurately updated on google maps. Once you reach the location, parking spaces are provided. There will be an on call boat ready to pick you up from the parking to the island. The cottage rooms are really spacious with air conditioner and adjoining rooms. They also have a play area for the kids ponds with fish farming. The fishes are caught and cooked against order. They also serve delicious breakfast. The highlight is the pool area. Very clean pool where the family can use it as a private pool. A good place for friends and family to hang out. Highly recommended. 👍

Amazing place for a break from your fast city life....We had a wonderful experience at this place. We had gone to green island resort during our vacation time in July. The place is very nature friendly and clean. This is a wonderful place for family and friends. The food was very delicious with different varieties of fish which were really fresh. The launch was served in traditional way in banana leaves. The resort crew were really helpful and polite. The rooms were very neat and very spacious too. The boating was superb and my kids enjoyed it a lot. This place is highly recommended for friends and family...

It is a place beyond description .From the main road , you are getting into the car park and from there the beautiful river starts. You cross the river and we reach the beautiful resort . 90 % of the area is green and the cottages are built with out destroying the natures beauty. They have a good swimming pool with crystal clear water . And other out door play areas. The food served are fresh and tasty. Good staff and all together a perfect place to go with family. Very near to the town yet you experience the essence of true village.

The resort is at the mid of backwater. The scenary is so beautiful. It didnt have much options for fun. But for one day team outing it would be a perfect place. They will take us to 2 hour boating through the backwater which was good. They have peddle boating and kayaking service too. Food was very tasty with fish and chicken. They have swimming pool which need extra payment Rs.150 per head. We had a great time there with so much fun.

Spend a night here and the experience was good; offers a peaceful & calm environment. The resort propery doesnt have road access and one has to take the boat after parking their vehicles in the private parking provided. There are only few cottages available and reservations could be made in advance. The cottage had living area and spacious bedroom and was well maintained but doesnt feel premium. The staffs are friendly and are very helpful. The place is really beautiful with canals inside and also have fish farming & few pet animals. The resort facilities includes a restaurant, swimming pool and also a kids play area. They do provide boating services in the backwaters. The food was not that tasty and felt little pricey. Overall place is recommended for a good stay with family and friends.

Ive recently stayed at green island resort with my wife. It was a great experience for both of us and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The rooms were neat and clean, well protected. Good place for a weekend getaway with friends or family. A small kids play area is available. Activities like kayaking, pedal boating are also available. The resort may have been more attractive if they have maintained the garden and property by cutting grass properly.

An excellent place. The place is infact an island and you have to travel to get to the resort. It has a nice ambience and have some rooms facing the river. They have place for pedal boating and kayaking. The place is so green and have some birds and animals like rabbit and goose. The food and service is quite good. Ideal for a quick getaway from the city.

Good place for one night stay. You have to book the food early. According to the need only they will cook the food. Its an island so you cannot go out of the island for food. There is a boat for your service in the island... 3 rooms , one Air conditioned.. rooms are neat and clean. Take some mosquito repellents. You may need it.

We had a family get together of 30 people, we had a great relaxed boat ride in the Veena ad lake. The local Kerala kappa and fish curry was very authentic in taste. The ouch served in the afternoon after our boat ride was just perfect. The other activities on the island like kayaking and fishing was a real experience. Highly recommended for family groups to spend a day out for a group of 10 to 35 ...it’s value for money.

Green Island Resort is situated in an island where two sides of the resort are covered by water.We need to park our vehicles in the designated parking spots for their customers. And from there you will be taken to the resort in a boat. There are 6 cottages only, so you need to book beforehand just in case. The rooms are quite enough for a family of 5. A cottage have a hall , bedroom and attached bathroom. The rooms do have ac , tv, heater and so.The resort also have a restaurant , swimming pool and a small park for childrens. The administration and the employees there are helpful and will do the needful at any time.If you wish to have a quiet and peaceful weekend or to get away from all your busy lives I strongly recommend this place for your relaxation.

Nice place for a budget friendly weekend getaway with your friends or family. Good service and delicious food. The service staff here were super friendly and informative. The place is easily accessible from Ernakulam by road and they picked us up in a boat to the resort. The rooms were clean, spacious enough and properly organised just as described.

A perfect getaway place, it’s an island resort with lots of space for children to run around. The place is spot on for group activity, team building exercise. They have a lot of outdoor activities, peddle boats, kayaks, shuttle court.... to name a few . The food is really wonderful, they serve mouth watering local cuisine along with North & South Indian spread.

Lovely experience.. the resort is located on island which is very calm and peaceful. Food provided was very good. Bit costlier yet worth staying there on vacations.

Fabulous resort. I went with my close relatives two times this year and both times we all thoroughly enjoyed. Staffs and the owner are very friendly and are great hosts. If I get a chance I will go again and 100% refer this place to my friends and relatives. Delta area swimming was an incredible experience. Even the food is so yummy and its at very reasonable rate. Recently visited this place. Reach the destination by road and we have take their boat service to reach the resort. Its a private island and is very beautiful. Nice rooms with pool facilities and the food also good.

It was a pleasant stay. We enjoyed a lot ,the pool is awesome. The food was delicious. Independent villas give more privacy and a good ambience to have fun with my friends.
