Very bad experience with them. I ordered a study table. When they brought it, no handle. They told they will come and fix it. After that no response and I called them many times. They will not picking the registered number. The problem not solve till today. My request to others better not to purchase from here. No service.

Solid wood cot received after 35 days after delivery, fixed and centre wooden rod, cracked in 20 mins on lying down. Pregnant lady on bed. My wife and I went to checkout some furniture, upon asking for specific items, he just opened up a web browser and started showing some photos, as if we cannot do that from home. All he mentioned was, if we were booking through him, he would give us some additional discount that the store were to offer.

They have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I had decided to visit the Panampally Nagar branch because of the good shopping experience I had with the Bangalore Pepperfry studios. Visited the Panampally Nagar Pepperfry studio on September 5th afternoon and spend almost half an hour there but still no executive of theirs bothered to help us. They were all busy talking amongst themselves. There was another executive who though was standing alone, but still was not least bit interested in helping us. Just kept wandering off when we tried to ask. The Panampally Nagar Pepperfry has surely ruined Pepperfry for me. Would never ever want to visit them again. We had spend around half an hour itself to reach the studio and it was a total waste of time. Pathetic customer service.

Its a cool place to spend your evening with your dear ones but the place is pricey with interior Decors that is ethnic in origin ans be careful that you dont break anything because its gonna cost. The lighting and the way they placed everything is simply awesome

The guy who works there is an absolute punk. I called him to check if a piece of furniture I wanted was there. He said theres a display piece available which cannot be purchased, but that Im more than welcome to come check it out.Upon reaching there, he tells me the product isnt with them and starts showing it to me on his computer saying if I buy it from there, Ill get a better discount! What a spaz.

Very bad experience visitng the store. Most of the products they dont have there for displays. I went there twice at different time periods for different products. They would say lets order it online from the shop. We can do the online purchase from our home, no need to visit the place for placing the order online.

The store has been arranged in an appealing manner, the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable enough to answer your questions. Located at Panampilly Nagar, very Opposite to Federal bank.

Poorly stocked. Service too poor. Only advantage is that you get 10 % addnl discount over internet price

If I had an option to give 0.5 stars then that would have been great. You will get the worst service here. When you try to contact them youll have to wait for almost 10 minutes and then you will experience one of the worst service.

Pleasant ambience. Very well arranged and an ergonomic store. An attractive view from the Panampilly Nagar road, as one drives by. Helpful and eager staff.The shop is not a property product outlet but only a studio as the name aptly describes to give an on-hands experience to the customers/ visitors. But one can place online orders tavthe studies for a delivery to home.

Verymuch unprofessional way of dealing a online business. Product quality size if not satisfactory. Another product has not delivered to even after 1 month. The delivery date is crossed but they have no mind to help a customer.

Maybe hire a few more salespersons? One person to answer phones, deal with customers there and make sure people are getting what they need seems a bit much. I waited over 45 mins just to make an inquiry. Or is ignoring customers the motto?

We bought almost the entire furniture including double beds, dining table, sofa sets, centre tables etc. worth close to Rs 6 lakhs for our new flat in Aluva. Our experience with the Pepper Fry was horrible to say the least. Firstly, all our furniture was delivered to the wrong flat (1203, National Puzhayoram) even though we had left clear instructions on where the furniture was to be delivered. Other than expressing helplessness, the Pepper Fry authorities did very little to make amends and rectify the mistake. And now, just under a year of the purchases, our sofa set (5-seater) is already showing clear signs of wear with its spring appearing to give way. Almost all the furniture items and especially the beds have been infected by wood boring beetles leading to a yellowish powdery residue. For all the hype and hoopla, Pepper Fry proved to be a huge disappointment, both in terms of the services as well as quality and I would certainly not want to recommend Pepper Fry to anyone.Ashok and Sunita Warrier

Good furniture and helpfull staff

Ordering furnitures from Pepperfry took a huge toll on me. Placed the order for a couple of furnitures in August and received most of the products that were damaged. Since I was really caught on the looks I asked for replacements to which they promised me that I had nothing to worry about. I’m finally giving up my desire for the poster bed which was replaced THREE TIMES and still remains in a pathetic condition!

Kochi - Panampilly Nagar studio authorities are horrible. Worst Customer service ever. They are not concerned about our order, once the order is placed. I must say, pepperfry products are good, but the customer experience from kochi branch was very very poor. :( Hope they will rectify this :)

The only problem I found was that they dont carry much stock for exhibiting, which makes it difficult. Lots of people are scared to order online without physically seeing what they are paying for, so this problem has to be addressed. Otherwise, the ambience is pleasing with good helpful crew.

When i ordered, some of my products were damged.. I was little worried about the that.. but then the studio people took care of that and i got the replacement without much delay.

A must visit furniture studio in Cochin, A well arranged studio with perfect archetypes of Kitchen, Living room and Bedrooms. Spend around 1 nd half hour and the staffs inside was very helpful also they are providing facilities to browse pepper fry website and place the order from studio itself with special discounts.

Stay away from ordering at pepperfry if you value your sanity and time. Placed and order about a month back. The first item among many arrived a week back and struggling to get their carpenter to come and assemble it for the past week. The carpenter doesnt pick up the phone and if he does he asks yo call his boss??? Talked to pepperfry customer care and they have been telling that they have escalated (God knows to who) it and will be resolving it tomorrow for the past 3 days. #NeverAgain
