One of the best stay experiences I have ever experienced in my 130 days of traveling across 🇮🇳. the staff is very helpful and cooperative and they welcome guests like their own family. looking forward to stay again in hotel on 19th Apr 2021.get more experience of traveling

Good service and rooms but no Gym and playroom or other activities..No one is picking up call at 7.45 am as only one person is there and he is gone for taking breakfast from outside as kitchen is not open yet..🤔 (timing- 7.30 am)..Possible due to Covid pandemic but such a mess should not be there in 4 Star rated hotel..Its better to spend money that worth it..🙏

Good hotel with good services and nice environment but I think parking space is not much.

Nice food and customer service. Though it took some time for the ordered items to be delivered, quality of food was good. restaurant was neatly maintained. Employees who engaged us were very professional and caring. Separate area is available for people to wait outside the dining area. Calm atmosphere and a musical rhythm was playing throughout. It created a very peaceful ambience for the customers.

I have been here for about 5 days. I didnt have anything to say negative about them. From the security guard to the whole crew seems to be very patient and duty bound especially the house keeping team. Perfect room arrangements, properly and cleanly maintaining. Very much satisfied with the service. Can be opt as a good option for those who looking for a great space outside the town centre even though everything is accessible from there. Calm and peaceful place. Perfect option with budget friendly service.

Good Hotel, great staff, less food options the only drawback

The hotel staff was very cordial. The hotel had decent parking space with security. The food was very good. Had daily house keeping. Has a metro station nearby so no difficulty in reaching places from the hotel. Overall good experience.

Hotel is on the main road which is easy to locate and the food was very good too. It has a bar also. Rooms are neat and clean. Clean bathrooms with ample space for bath with cold/hot shower. I recommend this hotel

I conducted my sons 1st birthday party. The food and service was really good. Banquet hall manager Mr Rinil and Hotel Manager Mr Rony were very helpful and supportive in advising and getting things done. Hope they continue to keep up their good service.

The staff was phenomenal but the property is long overdue for renovations. Simply painting the walls and renewing all bed linen & towels would already go a long way. I also had some issues with noise when the upstairs hall was being prepared for a function and I could clearly hear things move, drop, grate above me for several hours, almost until 11pm.I didnt feel like I stayed in a 4-star hotel.

Food was very good but service was poor. It took lots of time to serve the food. When we give our feed back to one of the hotel server he was so argent to accept the fact and he argued that we deliver with in 20 mins after taking order. We said ok boss. Big way to go in service department.

Booked deluxe room. given a room in which the lock was not proper. requested other room, and they tried to convince me if the lock is not working also, there wont be any problem. being a single woman, I need a safe room and finally a single room for differently abled person,which was left,is given to me. this room is not at all ok for me without proper facilities. its late night and I dont have any option left. I claim for the complete amount back as I had to wait and go through all these hazzles and finally end up in a single room like this...

The hotel is nice, neat rooms, customer services also good. the very good attraction metro station is near by walkable distance . its good to visit lulu centre with out road crossin. also the restaurant is amazing food is realy tasty with variety disches staffs are very supportive and pleasant.

Had a buffet lunch here at a dealgun voucher of Rs300.Actual price is Rs349.It had 3 non veg varieties,some 6 or so veg dishes,2 types of rice,1 type of bread (chapathi),cut fruits, ice cream,carrot halwa,salads of varieties,2 soups,.They served soup for me and were helpful.As the taste is concerned, non veg items didnt please me as it was average.Veg dishes did it either.Salads and deserts were nice and made me lick my lips.As for the ambience, it was great with nice and wide view of outside. Anyway at this price point i am done and recommend also.

Staff behaviour is excellent....The security guys are very helpful and pleasing and gave us a first impression soon after entered into the hotel premises. I stayed in these rooms for more than 5 times. A common complaint in all those 5 times were the mini refrigerator placed in the rooms are not working.The lights inside refrigerator glows but it wont get cooled even after one whole night.

Location and service is good, nice food , spacious room. The only bad thing is bathroom cleanliness. Overall its a good experience.

Cochin Palace is in a location where I had easy access to my business. I took my bicycle along with me in the flight and enjoyed a quick sight seeing, riding along the marine drive which started just a few kilometers away from the Hotel. New Mubarak Restaurant which was also nearby served me with the most traditional dishes of Kerala, especially the sea food.There are a variety of Shopping centres around and I quickly grabbed the most aromatic spices once again within the reachable distance from the Cochin Palace.I had the opportunity of eating the Seer Fish as well which was served hot right in my room.Luxurious rooms with complimentary water and coffee / tea, scrumptious breakfast buffet and an extremely hospitable staff made my stay a very pleasant one. Not to mention that they woke me up at 4:00 AM on request and called a cab when I wanted to leave.

Best place to have meals for lunch in town. Take that from me in written. I havent had anything other than lunch. So i cant comment anything on the other dishes. Kudos to the supreme service and attitude of the staff.

Stayed for hardly 6 hrs, as I have to freshen up and attend an event. Decent place. Clean rest room. Palatable Veg Breakfast, on the house.

Very good hotel for the price I paid. The hot water got activated on request in the evening. Rest of the stay was pleasant. Try the ground floor restaurant for a meal. We enjoyed our football world cup match in their bar. And clearly they were not expecting so much crowd there. But overall, an absolute value for money.

We were there at Cochin Palace for two days and are very happy with the experience during the stay...Rooms are clean and well maintained and service is excellent...Amazing hotel staff happy to hepl in all aspects ...we faced some power supply issues but the staff arranged for a different room till the power supply was rectified..Also had forgotten a package but the staff was helpful enough to deliver it..Food, staff , room , cleanliness, location everything is excellent at a very affordable price...Would recommend this place to everyone..

A hotel well located down K. P. Vallon Rd. in Kadavanthara. This is a fast developing road with supermarkets and eateries coming up in good numbers by the year. The rooms are reasonably priced and good value for money. [The condition of the upholstery in some rooms needs serious attention! Spillages have left unseemly marks which are repulsive, to say the least.] Bathrooms are clean and the bar is quite spacious, though service could be improved a bit. The buffet breakfast can be described as adequate.

Its really very nice beautiful and gives replay 5 star facilities I had fulfilled my wish and very lucky to stay in this hotel at such a low budget price thanks to goibibo this is first hotel who had come up with unique idea to give 5 star facilities ie fridge TV hair dryer tea coffee breakfast writing table another 2 chairs with a small table and big bed broad room fantastic hotel I give 5 stars and in beautiful area another major advantage is for business people is that everything is near ie high court companies shopping malls restaurants etc very nice pleasant place

Good menu with a mix of rustic kerala like kappa, meen curry, 2 varieties, north indian dal, mix veg curry, dragon potatoes for those who like a little chinese as well as the traditional kerala meals.The usual soups, salads, pickles, rice, roti and desserts like gulab jamun, semiya payasam and ice-cream complete the buffet lunch at 299/- per person. Ambience is average, service is good. Worth a try, will probably coming back to see what their menu is on another day as am told they also have prawn and squid etc.

Nice beach side resort to relax for a weekend with family. The infra can be further improved for the cost they charge. I love the private beach and poolside

Hotel is located near Kadavathra junction with easy access to any part of the city. I had a comfortable stay at the hotel.The room was well maintained, clean and the staff was friendly. The room service was also prompt and the quality of food served from the restaurant was really very good. Overall a great experience.

Nice hotel with decent food menu. The comfort in the rooms are really good, hospitality at the reception is above average. But when it comes to the housekeeping, the condition is average. For this level of service, what they charge for rooms is little bit costly. When it comes to roomservice again it is average. The restaurant got good ambiance, but the service is not up to the mark. They communicate very poor, they serve north indian, Chinese and their local menu, nothing attracts us and menu list also very short, its not a place for quick bite for sure. Even to serve hot water they take 5 to 10 mins. Dinner was costly and menu is limited, taste is average, service below average. But breakfast is better then dinner, which is also complimentary for the hotel stay, bit again service is poor. Check- in is at 2 pm and check- out at 11am. Overall, this hotel is costly, when you check-in directly.

Me and my friends had stayed in this hotel last week. Hotel is centrally located in the heart of Kochi city. Good ambience.Warm welcome from entrance point onwards. This place is situated on KP Vallon Road in Kadavanthra. This was my first visit to the place and I was not impressed. They served potato wafers with our drinks and the wafers were made with rotten potatoes. We ordered Chicken 65 but found to our dismay that the spicing of the chicken was poor and the chicken was overcooked and dry. It was a forgettable visit. The bar is adequately stocked which is the only redeeming feature of the place. Service is also quite good but the food is very ordinary and doesnt deserve the premium price.

Food was great! But very poor service . Only 2 people taking order and serving food , we had to wait for more than one hour eventhough the restaurant was almost empty, only 2 to 3 tables were occupied.

Went to the place with my family for lunch. The ambience is decent. Staff are friendly. Ample car parking available.Coming to the food. Food was utmost average. Nothing special. There wasnt a lot of waiting involved, we got the food pretty quickly. We ordered a number of different dishes and each dish was average utmost. Nothing special to remember or mention. If I had to pick one good dish amongst the ones I had, I would pick the chilly chicken I had.Pay a visit if you have no other choices.

Had a nice stay for 2 days with family.Fast service and friendly staff.Gave connected rooms for my family and my brothers family.So kids were happy. Good parking amenities. Only cons were: bath towels looked old though they were clean .Had some problem in getting hot water in bathroom but we managed, as only kids needed it at that time.Otherwise overall good stay.Thanks ...

We were stay on 31st October. Hotel is very nice. Service is too good but leader of waiter in restaurant present on that night is arrogant. He didnt treat properly and behaves very cheaply with customers. Reception staff r very co-operative & always ready for service.

Have visited for a birthday party. Hall was spacious and clean. Food was very tasty. Rear parking area is small but dont know if underground parking area present.

Its a decent nice place..Our family held a celebration at Cochin Palace and all our 200+ guests left satisfied.....if at all any negatives there was that the AC couldnt provide sufficient cooling for over 200 people....but overall everyone was happy.....food was delicious...lighting ...seating ....ambience was good .I will definitely recommend Cochin Palace for family function/parties for up to 200 guests.

Went to cochin for Dermacon 2018,had an awesome stay at cochin palace..staffs are courteous and very helpful.but some problems we have faced like the water was too muddy and after repeated complaint still muddy water was coming.So please do fix d issueThe breakfast needs to be upgraded as it is a 4 star hotel but the diversity was not much.So kindly ensure that.Thanks for a great hospitality.
