The hotel is outstanding. The food is great and the service is majestic. The reason I gave a four star is because of parking. I know its in the middle of the city but this place clearly lacks good parking space. We went on a Saturday evening and struggled to get parking spot.This is not expected of a hotel which is highly rated and starred. Hope they find a solution for this

We did a baptism function here... The service which provided was excellent... And they did an excellent recommendation on the seating arrangements while dining... Which enjoyed by all our guests... And at final about the food.. The food was excellent...I felt much better than other star hotels around Kochi... Coz others provide a mild level flavours to please the foreigners taste buds... But here I get the authentic Kerala food.

The food was pretty good. Must try out the honey chilli potato.However I have given 4 stars because of the service. The service was very slow with both drinks and food taking a long time ..There was not much crowd that too on a Friday evening. We had to get up and directly ask someone to get our food/drinks

Easter lunch buffet :We were bowled over by the warm hospitality and the premium lunch that was served on the occasion of Easter .We enjoyed everything that the buffet offered, from the welcome drink to the desserts . Felt it to be a bespoke array of dishes that was totally in consonance with Easter mood.We tried almost the whole spread and felt it to be sumptuous and lipsmacking, except for maybe the vegetarian dishes.A special thanks to the chef who played an instrumental role in realising this. The service was of top notch quality, so was the Live music. Some of the food items we felt exceptional are: traditional easter dishes and pork preparation, fish, salads & French lemon pie.

Located in heart of city . near metro station. form room you can see the metro running Staff co-operative. .Far from airport . Hotel security good . Ample parking space. parking space is behind the hotel. Food very good. Kerala authentic food needs to improve. Rooms good . The rooms are fine. But the room service is below average for a 5-star hotel. The food is just mediocre. Further, they made a mistake in my bill and added 1100/- extra. The refund was only paid back after calling them hundreds of times. Poor customer service amd hospitality. Giving two star as we were able to use the entire restaurant for a small function.

Five star accodomation in the middle of townNice room,stay and service

Buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner consists of good variety of foods and tasty too. I tasted only veg. Rava dosa, upma are superb. Both white rice and red rice (Kerala) are available. Carrot cakes are tasty and healthy too. Lovely view of metro trains passing by, through the large glass windows. Very centrally located, very close to Kadavanthra junction metro station. Easy access to LuLu mall by metro. Lovely view of Ernakulam city from the 20 th floor. Clean but shallow swimming pool. Wonderful Spa. Arena cafe serves good food plus drinks on ground floor. Bar on first floor admits people above 23 only. Overall experience fantastic.

The rooftop restaurant is good in the evenings, especially is there is a light breeze. It has the view of the metro to offer.

Rooms are ok, toilets are not very clean. Choice of food and taste is good. Needs better room service and housekeeping.

Friendly and professional staff who is always ready to serve you. The restaurant is incredible. The food is extremely good, delicious and yummy. I loved it. The buffet lunch I had on two days were really good and I do recommend it. The choice of diverse preperations they serve is much appreciated. Especially the non-vegetarian section cannot be missed. Its worth every penny you spend.

Most attractive factor is its location. Close to Ernakulam Railway Station. The metro station Kadavanthara is just a few minites walk and connects tge important places of shopping, college and sight seeing on its route. Mpst important places are within 2to 4 km range. An advantage for backpackers.Its ideal location of being easily accessible is its USP.

Stayed here for a short trip, and mesmerised with the whole hospitality received by the staffs. The room, location, cleanliness was all on par. I would like to recognize the effort of Aarya, that assisted me with International adaptor and late check out. On the other hand, Danita was extraordinary sweet and assisted me with printing in business centre, and all my queries about my journey back to airport. She was super warm, and easy to have conversation. She escorted us till we got into our cab. If ever I want to come back to Olive Downtown, that’s because of her and their hospitality. 5 Star!

Olive down town is a 5 star hotel in the heart of the city. Its very near to Kadavantra metro station. Ive been here for many meetings and functions. The food is really good. There is a cafe there named arena cafe which have good ambience. I noticed it recently and had a burger from there.. Its not that cheap

Good ambience... Good service with care. The staff here are very much helpful from the carparking till the end. The food i had on that day was awesome. Even after the dining, that taste was still in memory.In that energy, i called back to restaurant Chef to knew the details of the recipe.Omali, the arabic desert was the one which attracted me.I already had this dish before so many times. But that unique taste never noticed. Recently also, whenever on outing i used to taste this item from other restaurants. But iam still searching for that lost taste....

Poor mans 5 star hotel.I have been there to have a buffet lunch. The lunch was not worth Rs 800.Not even worth Rs 300. There is little variety in food items. The items given were almost empty and was not refilled. The desert items were pastry and ice creams only. The ambience is nothing to talk about. Apart from the lunch we order juice worth Rs 150 a piece. They didnt even cool it down. I believe a juice is a refreshing drink. Overall like I said a Poor Mans 5 star Hotel. You could get better buffet lunch elsewhere.

Olive Down Town is an excellent business cum luxury hotel in Ernakulam. Service is excellent and they have ample parking space. Food and s awesome and you will definitely enjoy the stay here. We have a wedding coming in December and the entire crew going to stay here. Ideal for your business meeting and other family functions. Happy staying and enjoy the holidays...do write about them..

Its my favorite place in the town. Its amazing when not crowded . And the food is great and has many options along with beverages. The staff is good and gentle. And they have live music on Fridays and if you love to watch games together, its that place !

The place used to be really good but now it has become terrible. Staff, especially the in-room dining and house keeping is extremely lazy, complacent and careless. Service is slow & staff has a casual attitude. The rooms are not cleaned properly. Its full of mosquitoes. The towels are dirty. Food quality has dropped terribly. The staff doesnt take orders carefully and serve you anything. For the cost they charge its just not worth it. Dont recommend this place at all.

Sunday Funday programme was excellent. Me and my family including childrens enjoyed a lot. Special thanks to the coordinator Mr. Abhilash. He helps and guide us a lot. Staffs are very friendly. We enjoywd a lot

The food I think was old, I had grilled chicken with wine sauce and it was so sweet and the chicken tasted like it was from the previous night. The prices are exorbitant, especially for drinks and they didnt have most of the drinks that was in the menu, an exhausting evening, couldnt even get high coz the prices were high... Lol!

Had a 2 day weekend stay in Olive Downtown. It is located in the heart of the city and is close to the upcoming metro station. Luxurious and spacious rooms, good food and nice variety in buffet. Excellent service by the staff, really took care of us.There is a rooftop pool and restaurant, gym and spa available. All in all, had a good stay. Recommended for a business traveler who is there only for a day or 2.

Excellent stay for three nights. Location is very good for a business traveler. Rooms are nice and chik. Bathroom fittings are good, toiletries should have been better for a five star hotel. Sea food pool side restaurant is nice and relaxing but there was only one attendant to receive orders which was annoying. Recommend if you get it at around rs 4 k per night.

Too rigid staff. Hostile environment. Very expensive and not value for money. Go here only if you dont have any other options.

We loved their rooms. They were cozy. And their breakfast service is nice. They have a cafe and restaurant and a lounge all within the hotel itself.

The rooms are decent. It’s not a 5 star property by its general ambience. The staff thought is very nice and helpful. Restraint food is decent as well. The stay was fine.

Excellent hotel conveniently located close to all local places. Great staffs and to mention their rooftop well maintained pool excellent for families travelling with kids. We could dine at Olivia and Arena during our stay and was amazed of their quality and hospitality. Olivia serves delicious food choices at buffet which trust me, made us all full that we had to skip our dinner. Arena on other hand serves very well done coffee with continental array of authentic pastries and gourmet italian dishes. We found unique hospitality and very warm energetic staffs to make our holidays really rejuvenating and memorable. Must hotel to try for families travelling to Kochi. Cheers team managing such hospitality and great property even at such off monsoon season we travelled.

Olive Down town has s good ambience restaurant and bar. Food, especially the beef coconut fry is the best among the local restaurants. So if you want a good drink with nice Kerala starters with a mixed... Family bar, this is the place. Accommodation is lovely.

So I went to olive just to dine with my colleagues . We went Wednesday evening, it was calm there to chill out. As it was not to crowded it was really nice. Food was tasty enough and the service was good.

Took room no# 515.Seriously didnt like the customer service and food they provided.had to change the room, key is not working for the room they have provided and had to shift the room. Took 20mins to bring our luggage to the room.always engaged when ranged to any of their hotel service. You need to wait for long time. No table provided for having food. Food was horrible. Ordered chicken curry and rice. Curry was tasteless and had given very limited quantity it will be sufficient for a small kid. Prices are so high.Finally in my view you can get better hotel in the same budget!!
