Amazing place near Khajjiar, Lord Shiva statue and Ambe mata temple... Highly recommended...

Try to be there during Sunrise or Sunset... Generally, it gets foggy in the afternoon and the Himalayas in the backdrop are not visible so morning Sunrise time are the best to enjoy the place with surroundings.

Must watch location whilst in Khajjiar, near Delhoussie,HP. The huge Shiva statute with Himalayas in the background is breath taking and worth watching. There is also a Mahadeva Mandir here. The scenic beauty of Himalayas coupled with religious touch is really amazing.

Beautiful and amazing palace in Khajjiar Valley located near Khajjiar Park. Five khajjiar sightseeing attractions Khajjiar Valley, Khajjiar Lake, Jagdamba Mata temple & Lord Shiva statue, Nag Temple.

Visited aftenoon in third week of April. I went to this place by walk from Kajjair. It took 10 minutes to reach. There is temple which is under construction. We were offered tea by temple priest. There is landing site of paragliding very close to this temple.

When you are going to Chamba or khazziar via Chamba from Dalhousie, then you will find Lord Shiva Statue on the way. It is worth a while stopping your car here and take glance of the beauty of this place. Lord Shiva Statue is very high and the beautiful hills can be seen from here. Please visit and spend some time close to the nature with peace.

Great temple near khajiyar .

The divine statue of Lord Shiva is visible when we do paragliding through mountains of Khajjiyar.Must visit place when we visit Khajjiyar, do keep this in your watchlist.Peaceful and Positive🙏🏻😇

Lord Shivas statue adds the divinity to one of the most beautiful places of Himachal : Khajiyar...One of the landing sites to a paragliding group is just near to the statue...You can even spot it while you will be doing paragliding from such a great heights...

Location is very nice from here you can see mani mahesh kailash parvat. And also from there you can go for paragliding in khajjiar.

When you see statue of shiva after a beautiful khajjiar you will get ans why shiva is living in Himalayas. Also smile on his face will make your day for sure.Just a suggestion: get 5₹ coin with you as you will require to go for toilet after quite long journey and theres pay and use toilet only.

An awesome place. A tall 80 feet statue of lord shiva surrounded by snow clad himalayas, breathtaking view. This is must place in khajiar along pilani devi temple (dainkund peak), kala top, khaji lake. This places isnt even coming up when one tries to find nearby attractions. So believe me, visit this place. Note that this place is not on the dalhousie to khajiar road, its on chambal Khajjiar Road for people directly coming to Khajjiar, skipping dalhousie. This chamba Khajjiar Road is stunning itself, one of the top five ghat roads, can be comparable to leh, spiti, etc but not at same ma on same chamba magnitude. You can also visit Jot, near Khajjiar chamba highway.
