Worst service provided by branch, I was waiting sence 9.30am with token no.11 it took 4hr to enter in branch. The number of staff is very less due to covid19 , But branch has to take care of all this things. no provision for seniour citizen. Really it was a very bad experience.

Worst ever bank i have vistedPeople working in the bank are very rude to the coustomers.When i asked some queries from privallage banking staff i felt i was a begger.I wonder how can icici private bank appoint such a unproffesional staff who doesnt have courtesy to talk to people politely.Out of 6 only 2 people where at desk in loan department. I was given token no 30 today at 11 o clock and my turn came at 1.45pm.Along with me other people waited for allmost 2 hours for there turnAnd the manger cabin was also empty.Highly disappointed with this bank and branch.

Inefficient staff, no systematic approach towards customer service. Walked in for query regarding Amazon pay credit card being disapproved. I was told the branch doesnt know the reason. Amazon say ask ICICI and in return Icici say they dont know. Thats so far a pathetic experience as they do not take ownership moreover least bothered to care little towards customer service. I would never ever think of getting any credit card or bank with Icici in future.

Every time I come here to withdrawal cash at this atm cash is available. Three machines are assembled here for n 1 more machin available to deposit cash any time. This deposit machine can deposit u r funds directly to u r account . Like this service of atm

Weve taken home loan from this bank.Banker Rupesh Rokade told us that the next demand amount you can do with mobile app does not need to come to the bank. We tried it with i mobile app but it didnt work. Then we were asked to pay the demand amount by e-mail. We have e-mailed but our demand was not met by the bank. I have failed to get a home loan

#Pathetic #bank #serviceI just cant believe that I am writting my review again.One day I came and was standing on queue and my turn came after 3 hours and the moment I went inside employee said they had power short circuit so now they cant check or solve any of my issues.Now thats the genuine issues which I understand so I had to return back home and I was told to visit next day.Today is the next day and when I came they say I have to be in queue again and wait for my turn.Is this some kind of joke or this bank think only they have all the work in the world and we as customer have nothing to do but to stand in queue.Such a pathetic service bank I have never seen in my entire life.There is is nothing I can much about but all I can write this review.

Worst ICICI bank branch I have seen ever..no proper managment, poor service. Not given value for customer time..I am standing in que at 9.00 amand still waiting at 12.21pm to reach counter..Date 05th sept- from 10.00am to 12.30 they are able to manage 22 customer for conversion..The bank is giving priority for cash deposit and withdrow....This is 3rd time I was waiting at branch for more than 4 hours in que..

Their system are always down than why we should keep account with ICICI bank. No one is co operative even branch manager Dharmendra Tiwari gave his contact no to me to call before leaving my home for banking related work since I stay 20 km away from branch. But he never pick up the call now what to do. I have escalated the matter to customer care its corporate and registered office keeping RBI ambudsment soon I will approach ICICI bkc corporate office with ambudsment mail to file case of mental harrashment and if its not resolved than in next month I may legally file case with DG RBI Mumbai zone claim reimbursement in mental harassment and torture to customer by bank employee.

Its one if the worst service private bank I have been to.Everytime I visit its take more than 2 to 3 hours to reach to the counter as we have to stand in a queue due to this pandemic which I agree but to reqch from 1 to 10 they take 3 hours.I cant imagine how much time they would take for person who has 30 no. Extremely slow working by the staff. We are doctors and standing in the queue to deposit a cheque since more than half hour and still a single person hasnt moved up in the line. When enquires the watchman and staff how long will we take, they were rude and didnt answer well.We told them we have to go to hospital and clinic, so kindly let us know when else can we come, they aint even replying to it.Pathetic condition even in this crucial time for even the front line workers.

Worst bank ever, they will beg in front of you for taking loans and if you fail to pay even one EMI, they will start sending the recovery agents to harrase your family members at home. Do not take any kind of loan from ICICI. The agents have no fear of law and policies of bank also.

The Bank with poor services. If you wanna invest your money in mutual funds, the employees will come running to you for opening a bank account seeking you as a potential customer. When you ask employees in here for a little help which is simply letting you know the right time to investment by checking the NAV, they wont ever reply or call you at all, as it was there prime purpose of creating an account, the target is achieved, they are not concerned for suggesting you any investment options. In my case I have made a direct investment of Rs. 5,00,000 for ICICI Prudential Equity & Debt Fund, I was expecting a call from them when NAV prices are going down so that It would be a right time to invest, however they are least bothered about their prices and customers. Once they have money in their bank account thats it. Theyre done

Worst service award winner across any ICICI bank....so many people recruited at this branch to provide the worst service.... Worst Experience - Went to make part payment of home loan and it took 3 hrs to get this done. Form was submitted on 11.21 am and my turn came at 2 pm. Every Saturday its the same problem. Not sure why branch manager is not bothered to increase loan serving counters on Saturdays.
