Extremely unsupportive and unprofessional. I had my TV in warranty. Yet warranty rejected. ₹400 charged as visiting fees by a person who thinks he knows everything without even touching the TV. Very rude and unprofessional engineers(?) they have. Then after 15 days they quoted 21k (a new TV is cheaper than that) for repair without bothering to identify the issue. My good luck that I did not fall prey to them. Instead I took my TV to Midtown Service Centre, which is located opposite Gurudev Hotel. Got my TV repaired for ₹3,800 and it is working absolutely fine. I am writing this review after 6 months of repair. Waited for 6 months to verify quality of repair from a local shop. A company like Sony which prices its product at such high rates shall take little efforts to provide atleast basic decent service.

I went to the service cebter for replacing my sony xb400.They said it will take 20-25 days to get approval and they it will get done.No other service center takes this much time.Disappointed!!! Worst service ever..

Were not responsive to calls, didnt come on time for installation. Took away sony HDMI3 cord without informing.

Worst Service center.They are breaking trust of customers from SONY Brand.My Tv is in warranty with bill and warranty card still they cant claim it...Itna expensive branded tv lena badh bhi they cant give service.

I have given my sony woofers to this service senter.for almost 16 days ,they not informed me about whether my woofer repaired or not.when i contacted to them on phone they told me it has been repaired. It small wire in woofer for which they charged me rs 1500. Whey i asked for receipt they told me they will send me bill by email as their system is working slow.I went to home .I called them 3 times in day for bill .They told me they will send bill but I dont get bill receipt

When I visited the service center was closed, they open for 3 days in week, Sunday Wednesday and Friday, Time 10 to 5

Fraud, once I gave my laptop for servicing, they never opened it, just cleaned from outside and returned. Charged full for servicing.

Sony should remove them from there service provider list. They are worst. Not responsible. Not professional at all.

No body is responding 3 rd class service provider and Gopal Jagtap is not attending properly technicians also taking salary without any work after escalation there is no improvement

Nice support provided by them... Only a drawback for not having 5 stars from my side that they they replaced the product with new and did not update to me, I had to visit them to check my products status... Then they said that the product already has replaced..!!

GUYS....READ THIS BEFORE YOU CALL TEKNIKA OR SONY FOR REPAIR OR SERVICE....TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY...BETTER TO GET IT REPAIRED FROM SOMEONE WHO PROVIDES U SERVICE IN THE TRUE SENSE OF THE WORDpoor service...no technician with good knowledge...arrogant owner(Mr. Gopal)....diagnosis of the cause for the problem itself was wrong(and they took 6 months for this)...took advance money n replaced a part which was never the cause...neither refunding now nor able to diagnose correctly....and talking in a very rude manner....SONY losing its brand value due to associations with such people and not hiring good technicians...i even called their Delhi office and spoke to Mr. Hemant...after few days he asked me to call someone in Andheri... both didnt provide any solution and were of no use...P.S.- i wish i could give them zero star rating

Very unprofessional, They ahve 2 numbers, one is closed and second is not reachable. Attitude of the representatives is very disappointing, not willing to help. They will never updates from their side and if you contact them then they will have vague status, took more than one month without any meaningful work/ update .

On Some offivoff website it is mentioned that it has Monday weekly off but when I visited the store it was closed on Sunday and there it was written as weekly Sunday off....very angry to see that as per ibstrinstruc mentioned on the aite I have to carry 4.1 sound system about 15-20km with no service provided.Please make the respective changes people waste time due to wrong information.
