Good Employees in these bank.Communication is good with citizens.Mostly crowded day in these bank is Monday.Drinking Water facility is available.Seating arrangement is quite good.

The bank of India kalyan east branch is so great, specially employees are open minded and they help people in great manner the bank was so good I love to visit once again and again the bank is so great and wonderful and so I done remembering experiences

This branch not even deserved this one star ...staff includes cash counter 1 is not having any sense to talk with the customers. I think bank should give training to such employees first. In front of me there are new account opening customer, he asked about process and responsible person to meet to the bank clerical staff but the answer was shocking one ...the guy told them that responsible person is on leave and come after a one week...in a todays competition if someone from service industry is giving such kind of answers then such fellows are not deserving their seat and positions.

They not even deserve one star. Only one word for their services is WORST.

Worst bank. I never suggest anyone to open acount on this bank. Employees dosent know how to talk with coustmer. Staff need training how to deal with coustmer. Very slow service.

I am very disappointed with staff very rude. The kind of slow and sluggish response I am getting is really frustrating. It is not worth. Please look for other options.

Bank is good, service is too slow, staff is good except rude staff. Atm, cheque book, online banking, mobile banking, RTGS also available. Cheque book printing machine is also available in bank. bankof indias ATM is also near the Bank. All services is available in bank. One of the oldest bank in Kalyan East.

WORST STAFF.......WORST BRANCH......MAKING ONE NEFT THEY TAKE 5 DAYS......LAZY PEOPLE SITTING AND EATING PUBLIC TAX MONEY............THEY SHOULD SACKED

One of the worst Public sector Banks in Kalyan East. The staff is rude, unethical and unprofessional. They dont help their customers. They dont care to work. To get done a single job at least three visits are required. Everytime they come up with one or the other excuses to pust the job till next day.

Really pathetic. Understaffed and also poorly managed. Its a pain to avail any service. Sir. Citizens and pensioners beware. They really dont have the bandwidth to cater. Please stay away from such a under serviced branch.

Look if you want to open an account here... Dont bother even coming.. leave it i mean seriously, Ive been a customer here for more than 5 years but there services are getting pathetic year by year.

I lost my debit card on 18th Aug 2018 and for new card I visited to kalyan east branch and met Mr.Kumar to get new one.He said to come after 2 days on same day I will issue you card.Than today on 23rd Aug I visited .he said me to fill form after filling a form I ask where is my card he said on same time we not issuing a card we required 1lakh minimum balanace in your AC to get on same day.Even I said I don’t wanted printed request to give my card he said we don’t have any card and when will you get no idea.and I’m getting msg we had issued you a card....why I’m getting msg when i not received my card and staff jad no idea when I will get.Another issue on 18th aug 2018 I swipe my card in resturant 1523 was amount but twice it debited and amount transaction showing one on 18th aug and other on 20th aug.He said its IT dept issue we wont able to help you it,in this i lost my 1523 rs and no one knows where it is.No we all friends planning to close ac.

Timing over here is 10-4 but not updated....as well as outside bank they has not updated the timing....people over here standing in queue.

According to number of account holder, bank infrastructure is too small...you have to wait for longer time to deposit or withdraw money...most of the time, passbook printing machines are not working...staff is good and helpful...
