Not good experience as services are very pathetic.
The manager is straight off rude. The labour they do is so poor. They couldnt even replace my S6s display properly. My S8s screen started to pop off after 3 weeks of buying the devive. The manager refused to accept that theres gap between the display and frame. Ive escalated the matter to the higher authorities.
I had purchased 3 UHD 55 inch smart tvs for 1.45 lacs each. And one of my TV main display went off after a span on 1 year and 6 months. samsung has refused to give replacement of these high end expensive TVs and says you will have to buy a new panel. The quality level is getting worst day by day . And have lost faith in this brand. Feel like cheated.
I have purchased a samsung UHD full smart 49 inch tv on June 2017. The service is so pathetic. They still have not come for a demo. I have called the customer care multiple number of times as i faced a technical issue w.r. t the TV but zero response even though my product carries warranty. Feels like cheated.Horrible service by samsung.
