Rooms are very nice no issue at all. Only the place to reach the homestay is little Mary go around types. The people r very nice especially the guy Manoj Singh very cordial and the family was wonderful.

Suraj haveli is the warmest home stay i have been to. Superb hospitality and a very informative host. The rooms were clean with great amenities. Dont be fooled by the entry of the property but its superb inside. Highly recommended!! And yeah do have the breakfast at the premises looking at the mighty mehrangarh fort. And every landmark is very close to the homestay!!

The first impression is not that good (the haveli is not looking good, it is situated in a dead end and some member of the family don’t seem to appreciate your visit) but then you still receive a warm welcome and all the recommendations you’ll need to visit the city.And the room (we were upgraded in the suite on the second floor) is nice and very spacious.Also the breakfast are good, especially the local one.And, finally, they suggest a complementary city guided tour which is very very good!

A fantastic place to stay. Beautiful views from the rooftop. Great rooms with a very well kitted out spotlessly clean bathroom. The family that runs it are super welcoming and friendly. I also highly recommend the old blue city heritage walking tour, the guide gives you a view on the city that is impossible to get by yourself and is both informative and friendly.

A beautiful view of the fort from the roof top restaurant. Absolute amazing and helpful host. Delicious food and experienced teacher for Indian cooking available. Located in the heart of the city. Well maintained and clean rooms. Hotel cost is absolutely Moneys worth. Each room has a different decor with special rajasthani touch. The family managing the hotel helps in planning the trip and tour of the city and makes one feel at home. Pick up and drop facility available to the airport and railway station. Perfect place for a getaway with family and friends. Easy access to market and tourist places.

Excellent place to stay in Jodhpur. The home stay is in the old city, 5 min walk from the clock tour and near to many interesting shops.The family is very kind and make you feel like if youre a member.The room was excellent and I had a wonderful view on the fort.The indian breakfast in the rooftop is fabulous.

Wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The family who runs it is incredibly friendly, and they do an excellent job running the place. The rooms are comfortable and perfectly clean, as well as quiet. I really enjoyed the location, walking distance to the clock tower and many winding blue streets - there is also a free tour provided in the evening which is great for taking photos. Dont think twice, book this gem of a place!

Great views, ok food, decent vibe but the rooms are overpriced. They’re functional, that’s for sure (working A/C, hot water). But at the same price there are better options in town. Credit though for the staff ability to assist with arranging really good walking tours through the Blue City.

An cozy homestay with clean rooms and a fabulous terrace with a view of the Mehangarh fort. Was here for a business trip and had the best stay. Akash, the caretaker is really helpful and I would definitely recommend staying here.

We arrived at 11 in the night, hungry after a tiring train journey to find a home away from home. Though the restaurant was closed Ajay and his father gave us food they had prepared for themselves. Rajasthan and its people constantly amaze us and made our vacation very memorable. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Great homestay in the heart of the Blue City! The hosts made us feel immediately comfortable and welcomed at their home!Loved the view from the terrace, the room and washroom was clean, plenty of hot water, good wifi and amazing local tips from AJ!Just a heads up to future guests, the walk to the property is a bit of a narrow walk through the gulleys!! Not accessible by car or tuktuk but it’s well lit and there are many signs showing the way :)I’d definitely recommend this property to other couples, families or solo travellers!

We have stayed at Suraj Haveli for two nights and had a lovely time in Jodhpur thanks to their great hospitality. The family who owns the place is very welcoming and even invited us into their kitchen.The room was a bit dark, which is not uncommon in Rajasthani Havelis, but very clean.The Haveli is super well-located and has a breathtaking rooftop terrace. Highly recommend it for a quick visit in Jodhpur.

First of all, the view at the rooftop is beautiful. Breakfast provided, chai tea is tip top.Rooms are clean and boho-esque.Ran by a nice warm family that gives you a nice warmth feel. Feels at home if youre brought up by an asian family haha. Will definitely recommend anyone who’s staying in Jodphur

This was our best stay in India. AJ and his family treated us like family. The rooms are incredibly good for the price, all the mod cons you need and want and the food (freshly cooked to order) is to die for. The place is beautifully decorated and the roof terrace gives spectacular views of the city. AJ was so helpful he told us all we needed to know and also showed us around the blue city - he’s a top guy! You must stay here for the perfect Indian hospitality.

What a great place to stay in Jodhpur. Family owned and just opened a few months ago. The rooms are all new and very good equipped. From the rooftop you have a great view over the old town and on the fort. Enjoyed our stay here totally no things to complain :)

Jodhpur has that authenticity, that royalty, which is unmatched and lots of love and nature.So are the hotels, restaurants here.

This is a real HOME stay. Starting with the amazing location with a view of the fort. Beds: heavenly! Shower: hot and goooooddd.. hotel breaths family atmosphere in a nice way. Family is very helpful but still gives you enough space. When we mentioned it’s our anniversary within no time cake came on the table and everyone got desert.. together with amazing real Rajasthan dinner from the lady of the house. I could easily manage my business needs and use the office. The rooms are very clean. It was pleasure for us to stay in Suraj Haveli. We wish to have more time to spend. I for sure would love to take some cooking lessons.

This place has everything! Very nice, comfortable and clean rooms with A.C. and a rain shower. Also the hotel has a large rooftop terras where you can enjoy the city view and they serve meals all day long (try their curries!). The best part for me is the staff, especially AJ. He really helped us out when our luggage did not arrive by calling the airline several times, doing his best to help get our bags to Jodhpur. Next to that, he pointed out the best places to visit for us. His family who also lives in the hotel is the sweetest ever, even borrowing us a sari to wear which made us loved by the locals. Best place to stay!!!

Located 3 mins away from Clock Tower, this is a great place to stay. Though the road leading to the hotel is narrow and dirty, this place makes up for it. The rooms are clean, well equipped with all amenities. Breakfast is delicious and freshly made. We ordered for Daal Tadka, Jeera Rice with Malai Kofta for lunch. It was mouth watering. Do ask for the Jalebis! They are the best we ever had! The road leading down from Mehrangarh leads straight to the hotel after a 12 min walk from the top! Wonderful budget stay with Super Food!

We had an incredible experience in Jodhpur thanks to AJ and his family.We arrived in the evening and were treated to a city tour by AJ’s friend, followed by a delicious dinner of Mom Made Thali on the fabulous rooftop.AJ really does go out of his way to make sure that his guests are looked after, he gave us a great itinerary for our short stay including where to buy chai masala and where to get the best local street food.The room was extremely well presented, honestly the most comfortable bed we have had on our trip in India so far.Definitely don’t miss the Indian breakfast in the morning!

Very nice experience in Jodhpurs. From the hotel, you can see Mehrangarh. Its a homestay, they are nice family. You can eat delicious homemade food and play with their lovely daughter who is shy but sweet and lovely. We really enjoyed our stay here and wish to meet them in the future.The best homestay experience in India, the owner and his family are very friendly. The accommodation is clean and tidy, and the rooms are very distinctive. You can also book a family-made local gourmet meal, which is a very good experience. Because the train was late, we arrived at half past one in the morning on the first day, and the boss had been waiting for us at the intersection at the door of our house. Seeing us, we were a little anxious and nervous and said Don’t worry, it’s home.

Fantastic place!Lovely rooms and the best hosts imaginable.The view from the roof terrace is phenomenal, there best place to enjoy a beer at sunset with the fort in the background.The host family is really sweet and makes you feel more than welcome, without being intrusive. The mother also makes the most delicious veg thali! AJ, the son, is really good company, I had some really nice moments with him.The rooms are clean, well-appointed and hugely cozy. I had the best stay here, could easily have stayed a week longer!

Nice room, very clean. Near the major tourist attractions of the city You can walk in the old town or walk to Mehrangah fort. The distance is only about 1km. Or wanting to find easy food, there are plenty at the Clock tower market.

Is a homestay that brings home to make a residence The entrance must walk only very narrow and there is animal dung around the walkway. Be careful. The power goes out periodically.

A jewel hidden in the middle of the chaos of Jodhpur, with a terrace from which it is that it has one of the best views of the fort of the city. The family that runs the hotel is charming and they will make you feel at home. The rooms are very clean and spacious and have AC and fan. I recommend having dinner on the hotel terrace, very good Indian food and relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely repeat it.
