This palace is very good

An excellent place to enjoy luxurious accommodations situated just opposite to circuit house jodhpur

Very good location, the rooms are very spacious and well maintained but water flow in the wash room is poor, in winter hot water is supplied centrally in a restricted way. Lift service is available. For shopping National Handloom is very near. Rent of rooms are reasonable. Overall it is good one considering all such things.

Good hotel

Decent property managed very poorly. Ground staffs who gets things to your room are polite and good.But the reception/manager has no sense of customer service.After a hard day at work, we found there was no hot water in the shower, went and asked the receptionist/manager about it, he said it cant be done, you will only get hot water in the mornjng.The bathroom shower has no accompanying soap holder or any place to keep your shampoo/soap. I had to balance the shampoo and soap on the tap.No exhaust fan in the bathroom.They dont even trust the customer for the AC in the room. You literally have to call them and ask to turn on the AC, which is done from the reception.Poorly Managed.Would advice, not to go by the pictures... There is more to a hotel stay than white bedsheets and clean pictures.

Over all experience was good. When i was reached at mid-night Airconditioner was not worked properly. Filters had been choked.Bcoz im related this field so i had remove the filters than feel comfort & relaxed.

Pros :-1. Great staff.2. Delicious food.3. Clean rooms.4. Alcohol is permitted.5. Near to main city area.6. Have B2X (Authorized Apple Service Center) in same building.7. Near National Handloom (Mall for shopping)8. Near Jodhpur Fort and Main Jodhpur Market.Cons :-1. Hot water comes only for 6 hours from 6 Oclock in the morning from Central water heater.(That means, if you arrive at night in winter. You have to use cold water only)2. Slow water taps in washroom.3. Small washrooms.4. Bad furniture in rooms.5. No separate balcony for any room.
