Dont go on pictures, this place is much better than that!! This is old place turned in to hotel and with heritage feel.Host is very friendly and supportive, Restaurant is having good ambiance, food is good with many options in menu.Rooms are spacious and view from terrace is also good. Must try!!

For this particular place I would like to say that Pure Desi Aroma in food as well as ambience...truly heritage with old style architecture ,I like the crowd over there... decent people , food quality is appreciable whether it is starter or main course or Italian . Though service is little slow but all n all good experience here. You must visit with your Friends or partner to feel relaxed n to release all week pressure n connect with roots

Jhankar Haveli is located in the old city of jodhpur near Mehrangarh fort.The place is accessible by auto rickshaws as the lanes a narrow it would be difficult to get a suitable parking spot I believe.The hotel is well maintained by the staff.Staff is extremely courteous and well mannered. They ensure you get a perfect stay.Their restaurant is jain pure veg but every dish we tried was lip smacking.The view from their roof top restaurant provides s panoramic view of the fort.Rooms are well ventilated, spacious, clean and well maintained.Overall a very good stay.

Hello shefali here visited this restaurant on 12th amazing and delicious food worth the money and hospitality wS next level one cute big manit hosted us and what a talented boy he explained every dish with a beautiful smile Gand also suggested the best Rajasthani dish. Ker sangri and gatte Ki sabji which is worth try. Ancient sculptures great work ambience and music was apt and also fresh food with an authentic rajasthani taste... recommended a thousand times

The owner and staff had the worst of attitude issues. We were with just 1 other couple sitting in their whole restaurant and the waiting time for food preparation was over 50 mins for a Pizza with 6-7 waiters talking around a table. We never got our pizza, with uncooked base. They didnt served the seasioning. We asked for seasoning and after 30 mins we finally decided to leave that place. Worst part, the owner had the audacity to charge us for the pizza when we were leaving after our wait and didnt even have the food. I wish I could give them a negative rating.Very poor service. Bad food. Worst attitude.

Had a fab experience at Jhankar.. we stayed there for a night and even dined at their restaurant and we enjoyed every bit of our time there. Both the haweli which is converted into a boutique hotel and the restaurant are tastefully decorated. You can feel heritage in every corner of the property. Their restaurant has a wide variety of traditional and modern cuisines and the food is delicious. Do try the mava kachori for desserts. They even have a rooftop sitting which has a beautiful view of the fort on one side and Umaid Bhawan on the other. The property is located at an excellent location walkable to all main attractions.Special call-out to the staff for always wearing a smile and being so courteous. Cannot complete my review without a special menion of Vikram who manages the entire property. He gave us the most warm welcome and we experienced the best hospitality experience we have ever had. He even helped us plan our time in Jodhpur, suggested the best shops for local buying and arranged guides at best prices. He even ensured we try the best mirchi pakoda which is a local speciality in Jodhpur. Thanks to his exceptional service we actually considered even extending our stay in Jodhpur.Definately recommend their Haweli and restaurant.

This is the cutest restaurant/ hotel you would come across in Jodhpur. It is located quite close to turji ka jhalra and you have a beautiful view of the Mehrangarh fort from the rooms. The best part about this place is it’s manager, Mr. Vikram. Right from when you enter the place you feel at home, all thanks to Mr. Vikram. He is the warmest person you will meet and the best when it comes to giving you a great overview of the city for you to plan your itinerary. MUST visit this cute little cafe, for its ambience and the warm staff.

We looked at the menu from the outside and the waiter never forced his sales pitch. In fact he said why not go look around and if you dont like Im sure you will like here.This reverse psychology was enough to get us in the door.What a beautiful building. We ordered food and took a look around the building. The rooms looked amazing. We regretted not booking a room here for almost the same price.So the food was... Amazing!We have our top 10 list and Jhankar came in at no 1. It was too good to dent it the top spot.If I could turn the clock. I would have booked a room here and had both dinner and breakfast. Its absolutely gorgeous here.Thank you for having us.

Centrally located, this hotel is perfect for exploring all that Jodhpur has to offer. I actually made a mistake on the dates I had booked and we showed up a day early; no problem! The staff were very friendly and understanding, adjusting my booking without penalising us. The rooms are tastefully decorated and clean, the rooftop space offers unobstructed views of the impressive fort and other aspects of the city. The manager is a very warm hearted individual and was super helpful in acquiring train tickets for the next leg of our journey. All around great stay!

We just was there for the restaurant and it was very nice, kind staff and very good food, close to the Sardar Market. They have also beer and very good vegetarian food. And also was serving beer in mugs.

A new hotel. Everything works fine and it is very clean. The restaurant is pretty good and not too expensive. Manish and his staff really make you feel at home and their service is impeccable, which is I think the best thing about the hotel. Oh and dont forget the prime location with everything at walking distance.

Restaurant suggested by the Lonely Planet guide who disappointed me. Long wait before ordering, long wait to receive food. The food was not very tasty, without flavor, we ordered a no spicy dish and got It spicy. We know that in India its quite impossible to eat no spicy food but if requested It would be right to receive. Absolutely dont recommend It. (Should not Always trust the Lonely Planet guide)

This was one of the worst experiences in Jodhpur for me. The sandwiches in the restaurant were cold and lacked seasoning. The burger was below par and the service was terrible. A 45 minute wait for a cold tasteless sandwich was really disappointing.This place is overrated and not worth the money.

Very good place for candle night dinner

After the meal was over they informed me that cards are not accepted. Then i was told to walk to an atm and get cash. The atm was not that close. They should inform before hand that we take only cash.. If you have then sit or dont. The meal was ok.

A boutique hotel, with a roof top restaurant to view the majestic Mehrangarh fort. Go here post evening to view the lit fort and do order Paneer Pasanda (one of the tastiest ones i have ever had). One can reach here via an auto.

A diffrently themed restaurant.Medium expensive if you order wisely.There is no floor you heard right. Instead they spilled stones all over the floor.Vintage items as a showcase makes it more alluring .lighting is done properly.It may have been a rickety building which is smartly converted into a theme restaurant.

Overall the worst place to have some quality time. Stayed in jodhpur for 5 days and the very last day was miserable, due to this hopeless restaurant. The food was decent. The service was very bad, we were NOT informed about the mode of payment. Around 10pm we had to run to cloak tower approx a km to get CASH. once rendering the amount , they gave our money back by literally throwing on the counter. I have never met such a staff - rude and unprofessional (most probably they were drunk) NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL.

I liked this place because of its concept,antic looks,helping staff,good quality food,but above all this place is great for photography with its unique style of decoration.i went with my family and ordered indian cuisine for veg lunch and all the preparations were great.The menu offers indian,chinese,veg food at reasonable price.we had lunch for 5 adults and 2 kids for Rs 1600 without desserts.my kids enjoyed the gravels laid on the ground while my wife enjoyed mobile photography at almost all the nooks and corner.

What a joke. We booked this haveli through AirBnb. We are 3 adults that booked 2 rooms. When we got there we were told 1 person couldnt stay alone. They put a mattress on the floor in our double room. After we complained they eventually put it on a base that was far too small. The entire night was so loud and there wasnt enough hot water for a bath. I handed my laundry in to be returned at 8pm at 9.30pm was still not ready. At 8am no one was awake to serve breakfast we had to wake the staff up sleeping in the foyer. After phoning the manager I eventually got someone elses laundry. The manager didnt charge me in the end for the laundry but nothing could rectify this stay. I wouldnt book my enemy into this hotel.

The service is very slow. Also the staff focuses only on non-Indian customers. They totally ignore Indian customers. I understand major tips come from the foreigners but if someone is spending so much to dine at a place like this, that person can shell out for good tips too... If at all you serve them well...

Recently opened hotel and restaurant (with a cafe coming soon too!) Went to the restaurant (saw the rooms and wished we had stayed there too). Excellent hospitality, great food and beautiful setting near the step well area which has been regenerated. Please do go!
