Best stay, service for travel and luxury. Saurabh from their staff was very hospitable. The food served is also good. Laundry, gym, in room service was all on top. The staff followed all covid protocols. Enjoyed my travel stay.

My first visit to jodhpur located Radisson , hotel permissive was quite awesome. Regarding staff all of them very professional and polite specially Mr. Jay quite experienced in his services, well behaved , very polite.Will prefer same property for next visit and suggestions for others to visit and enjoy your stay at this marvelous place and well experienced staff services.

Hospitality is excellent. Good varieties of food in the breakfast buffet. Near to railway station and centre place to reach city. Travelling was convenient from here to reach other places. Best service from front desk and room service. Overall it was pleasant and peaceful stay. I reduced one star because toiletries and other complementaries in room are placed only on request.

Radisson is a beautiful property. Styled like a fortified palace, you will be awestruck by the exterior of this hotel. It has all the standard amenities that you would expect from a 5-star property. The in-room service is impressive too.Gym, pool, spa, its all there, although the gym made me very claustrophobic with no windows and the walls painted black.There is a roof top bar from where you can see the gorgeous sites of the Mehrangarh Fort and the Umaid Bhawan Palace.So far so good right? To my surprise (and this is on me) I found out only after checking in to the hotel that the restaurant and breakfast served are all vegetarian fare only. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. All the dishes served were either average or below average in taste. I could not believe it when they served the frozen smileys as potato wedges and that too they were under-fried. 5-star properties pride themselves for an elaborate breakfast buffet. Radisson Jodhpur failed in this aspect miserably. All my 3 stars are for the decor and service. No points for the food at all.

Cant say its a 5 star property. For the hefty price i paid its not a good property.Took a chance of booking Radisson instead of my regular ITC and here I am in front of my husband who is giving me a terrible look at the breakfast tableNowhere in the site while booking they have mentioned it is a Vegetarian hotel!This is first time i am coming across a so called 5 star vegetarian hotel. I remember seeing many veg hotels but there is a mention about it.Gym - Reason i check into 5 star is for the GYM. When I checked in my first question was where is the GYM and what are the timing. I get a reply 6 am to 10 pm. Eve i go to GYM at 8 pm its closed the guy there tells me mam the gym is from 8 to 8. I get back to reception there 2 ladies one lady says the timings are from to 10 8 pm and the other says 8 to 5 pm (sounds like offc timing) by then the 3rd person at the counter knew i was loosing it he intervened and said mam pls tell us the time and we shall open it.Finally I managed to get it opened at 630. Stepped into the GYM. Radisson being Radisson 2 treadmill and 1 treadmill out of service not to mention the treadmill at my house was bigger i guess all Radisson have GYM only to show they have a fitness centre!Next comes the biggest surprise breakfast and we are told its a veg restaurant my husband left the restaurant stating he will have food somewhere elseI did taste the good. The food was horrendous. Absolutely no taste.I have two more days thinking should i cancel the booking move to a better place!

Stay was excellent. Ekatra, Food restaurant staff is really best, polite & helpful. Today we have a fast and there were no fast items in the menu. But manager & cheff arranged us a food for fast along with dry fruits in enough quantity. Even they asked again for anything more. We are really happy.

Room was good as we stayed in the business room however the washroom didnt have a seperate shower and the bath tub was also highly inconvenient to use. Also the food was very limited, for breakfast they had a repetitive menu for all the days. As its has complete vegetarian menu but no variety in terms of food. It seems like they tried saving money on food even when they charge quite high prices for the rooms.The staff however was very good and decent and there was complete cleanliness in the hotel.Overall it was not a very pleasant experience

The hotel is very good in terms of its design & architect. You will feel that you are in the palace. The interior decoration is also excellent. You will find a no of variety in food & it was good. While i saw the outside structure i was very much excited to see the room interior, but it was not up to the level.

Location wise, the hotel is good. Because of COVID-19, it is running with minimum staff. There was nobody to pick up and drop the luggage to the room and from the room to the car. The food was also good. The receptionist was very nice and very co-operative.

Due to the services of the dining hall staff. Saunvir, rakesh, keerti, we enjoyed the food, which was again excellent. the rooms : good and the service staff also very good.

Very amazing service by the staff and complimentary dinner was just too awesome, all the dishes right from starter to main course was too good. Special mention for thai green curry and rice very well prepared. Special thanks and call-out to Saumil for being an excellent host for the evening for our dinner.
