The stay was very very comfortable. The staff were well behaved and courteous. Their pizza was fab.

First time spend my time here, there small lawn, same time 7 to 9 people sit there, i ordered manchurian and hot coffe... in taste 😋 very yummy and coffe also very good 👍.... next i will my plan for dinner 🍽..... i hope i will fill remaining 2 star 🌟 🌟...

First of all thanks to Mr Deepak general manager of the property who made our day memorable on 8th aug 2021 it was my daughters birthday I booked banquet hall for dinner of 60pax the food was very delicious the staff was very good and helpful,well dressed we really enjoyed alot once again thanks a ton to entire team of cygnett style mantra...

I had stayed in the hotel for 2 nights after i checked out another hotel in jodhpur .the Manager of this hotel mr. Deepak gujar is very nice and helpful guy , i did an early checkin , i was offered nice hot cup of tea on arrival , the checkin process was simple and fast .

Best place for party... Very nice service and Tasty Food.

Food is fine but I faced an issue with card related payment after which they were really aggressive asking me to make a double payment specially the manager Mr Deepak whose behavior was very inappropriate.It is ok for a dining experience but better to pay by cash to avoid future harassment.

Nice little rooms, good service, staff is very friendly and polite. Breakfast doesnt have much variety but its good. overall a decent place to stay for a night or two

Hotel is a bit expensive. But overall it is a good option in Jodhpur. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The hotel was hygenic. Staff was friendly. They allowed us to order food from outside. Everything was pleasing and calming.No disturbance from outside noise.

The rooms are a little small, but very neat and clean. It is relatively a newer place and so, the quality of rooms and the washrooms reflects the same. Loved this place.We are doubtful about this initially as there were relatively fewer reviews online. But it didnt disappoint.Loved the stay here.Breakfast buffet had a wide range of veg options. The only drawback for a complete meal was probably the absence of eggs in the breakfast, but the taste of the food covered it up.Thank you.

Hotel staff denied that unmarried couples will not be allowed if i book the room online but if i book it on call which was almost 2k higher then he will allow us to check in..just having good rooms dosent matters ..hospitality is the main concern this hotel staff should learn.

Located nearby railway station and you get transport easily near this hotel to visit the city. Food and service is amazing

We booked two club rooms and when we reached there ,we were offered one club room and one normal room .after asking about the change they tried to justified wring and we reached back to ibibo where we were offered cash back to due the negligence and improper management of the cygnett hotel.Thanks ibibo for replying timely on our concern, apart from that the management of cygnett is very poor,they are arogant rude and dont even talk properly,will suggest not to book this hotel if you want to have a great time.
