Strongly recommended not to buy electronics product from this place. Reliance Digitals engineer (Nainital Road) took 2 months to diagnose the issue of the AC but failed. I keep complaining @ level 2 but they also failed to speedup my query. Finally Daikins engineer took responsibility and fix the issue within a week.

Reliance digital has some amazing products at amazing rates and an additional assurance of reliance customer support. Although I didnt use its support service but its good in competitive market

Worst customer service. I can see the product they are not replacing under warranty. Keeping me waiting since 15 days.Even small shopkeepers do such replacements hand to hand.This is a tiny Sennheiser earphone which even under manufacturer warranty is replaced within week.If you want reliable after-sale service better not hit this store.

Visited the store to buy water purifier,one of the staff approached me ,was sweating,he showed me Lg product after that Havells products .I asked him for whom he works,he replied for Havells and after sometime he told me he works for reliance. I asked prices of kent products as the product prices were not there ,he replied rudely to check the prices online as he dont know the prices.It means he want to sell either lg or havells and not interested in other products.Company should focus on staff training as such type of rude people spoils the business.

We bought electronic last Diwali and they had many subscriptions and extra things for free.We were told to wait for extra things which took them 3 months to come and we were not contacted and when we asked them they told us that those were sold out and come next time it took another 1 month to come and about subscriptions and stuff after talking to store and customer service for months we received some last month and are still unable to get all .If you dont want to give full items stop posting fake offers and wait till buyers forget about it Please

If its possible i would not give them any star I have purchased an AC from Reliance Digital Haldwani which is not a suitable place to buy Electronic goods. The AC has been under fault several times within 3 months of purchase and after several delayed services i finaaly want to exchange it with a new one as i am not satisfied with the Panasonic AC i have puchased, the AC doesnt even stands for its Power Ratings , i have got 1399 units in 2 months (a 5 star AC rating). i would like to know about the procedure to exchange it with new one as the product i have got is filthy and i cant afford an expensive service every 10 days , so i want to change it with an AC of a different brandReliance Digital Haldwani has the worst service in this world ,Personal working their has no manner or training regarding customer handling
