Very poor service and staff has no courtesy in dealing with the customers. It was a very poor experience. They do not have complete facility to service a car and make a fool out of you.
Running personal business in the name of authorised service centre.They avoid giving valid bill in the name of saving tax of customer but actually customer is harmed by such practices. This is how:They use fake spare parts in the name of genuine parts and add price of genuine parts in rough bill. By such practice customer cannot avail 6 months warranty on genuine parts and also comprises with parts quality. Its my personal experience and Its also reported that they replace working parts with non working parts in the absence of customer like in the case of any accident car and then ask to replace with new one in there presence. Also, to take cash payment they excuse about that there swipe machine is not working.So, this service centre should be close soon by Hyundai or by authority and take legal action against them specially person who takes cash on reception and there main mechanic. Also, owner of this centre should be answerable for such practice whether this is happening with his/her consent or not.
