This was our first trip with Hito, after many enquiries with other travel agencies we settled on Hito. The Hito representative was on time and waiting to greet as at the airport when we landed at Kaula Lampur. Mrs Nawaz was our assigned tour manager, who was very professional and caring. Everything from the Hotel rooms, food and transportation was simply fantastic.Mrs Nawaz was very courteous and sweet. We enjoyed her company and guidance. She always made it a point that everyone in the group was comfortable and settled with their plates in the dining hall before she had her own plate.She was always polite even when people were late to join the group.Mr Dayar was our guide at Malaysia. He was very friendly and professional. Mr David was our Singapore guide who was very informative but less interactive.On the whole the trip was very awesome and well organized. We had a wonderful time with the help of Mrs Nawaz. I would definitely recommend Hito and looking forward for another trip with Hito and Mrs Nawaz.
