Mr. Manoj chauhan told me they are opening with a new name TRIGUN LANDBASE INDIA PVT. LTD. On Google this website is open with this name though i am posting this review. Pathetic management, worst company.. I was working with them...One week baad bhi offer letter nahi dete ...dont need to join this company..be aware they are opening a new company with the name TRIGUN LANDBASE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. they need people to join the company. As per my experience they will call you. Interview cracking is the easiest process to started working with them. They dont respect their employees. You will receive salary by cash or check either. No job security you will get. They will fire you anytime without any notice. Employee started shouting at their reception for the settlement. They dont even have genuine HR policies to trust on. They dont even aware with the roles and responsibilities for senior positions like BDM SOCIAL MEDIA staff n all. This review is just to warn all the people who are going to visit the company for the interview.

Both Tee Point & Cosmopolitan are huge failures for M3M. Urbana is the only market still trying to survive despite remote location and builders apathy. Why should anyone invest in upcoming projects of M3M when current ones are vacant? Foreign trips, gold coins and big inaugural parties dont assure safety of capital invested.

24 mtrs Sector road bisecting the project in two parts. Seems like 2 very small markets with just 30-40 shops each on Ground Floor. No multiplex, no anchors, etc.
