Good place to start your career. Work timings are flexible and its an employee friendly company. Very helpful and well manner colleagues. Compensation is little less but kind of exposure you get is good. Its near HUDA metro station and in Candor campus earlier named unitech infospace campus. Corporate politics play an important role here so make sure you dont get involve in anything apart from work. Once they get a client and employee on boarded they leave it to inefficient managers to ruin the client and employees work life. Hiring process is simple if you dont love money they love to hire you. This organization has many good clients but at the same time the clients are in hands of worst managers. EXL or Xcedence are smaller organisation compare to Genpact but far better in terms of compensationand other benefits. Avoid this organisation if you are experienced and able professional. This place is highly recommended for lazy and arrogant people.

Campus has ample space and have Amenity Block, some international food chains are also available there.

Nice office location with lots of food stalls, also having auto stand in the main road .

Nice infrastructure. Currently managed by Condor group. Have total 8 towers. 3 level basement parking. One amenity center which is common to all people working here.Overall, crowd is good and place is happening to visit in business hours. Good 👍

Genpact a good company but if Im talking about the HR they are not so decent they treats a fresher a experienced person , if they do that no fresher will go here to join this company.

Awesome place, i have visited this place many of time asi work in genpact. Sometime i had to go there for official work. It is a good place to work with all amenties available at a single place, clean hygiene a. And outside of the premises you will get all types of street food including biryani, naan, juice etc..

Very good company for freshers because there are so much learning for freshers i must say.Very good environment but salary slab is less.

Genpact has two towers in Tikri. Visitors parking are available but on hourly basis however outside parking is fixed at Rs 50 per day. There are big common cafeteria offering variety of food and snks

The location is good and well located. But parking is a trouble.

The office block is fine but the entry has lots of water logging. The standard Gurgaon problem of bad city planning and execution actually spoils this place
