Staff is not cooperative at all.

I m Very much disappoint with icici staff is not supporting staffThey dont even know to how to talk with customer,there is two branch in golf course roadi went icici bank golf course new small branch near to ibis hotel for transfer the cheque, they told our system is not working sir, you can go icici bank wealth management so i went to icici wealth management golf course road gurgaon branch, there is lady i request him yesterday this transfer chq is very urgent please transfer, she argue with me we are not doing transfer chq of other icici branch and she telling if you argue with me you take your cheque go to other branch

As usual horrible experience with ICICI Bank. I wanted to update my KYC for my Demat account, on calling ICICI helpline I was was given option of visiting Paras Downtown, Golf Course Road ICICI branch with my self attested KYC document. I went there, first I was told that this branch doesnt support Demat account and Ill have to visit another branch (DLF or Sector 14 branch), dont now why the ICICI CSR asked me to go there. I asked for compliant register, on that I was told that there is no such register instead I can call helpline and lodge complaint or write down an application. One gentleman (probably the branch manager) asked the associates whom I was having discussion (Mr. Ananya Pandey and Mrs. Lavyna Sharma) to take the KYC and send across to concerned branch. I was happy to see some customer friendly staff at ICICI branch, and I forwarded my self attested address proof and PAN Card copy. But the associates were determined not to work (in fact as per my observation no one was doing any work, all sitting idle) and they said they want to see the original of the address proof & PAN card to validate. I said that Im doing self attestation, I have ICICI bank account with updated address, but as per them its rule and they will accept it only after having a look at the original, if any of their branch is not following this rule, its wrong on those branch part. I have ICICI bank account, DMAT Account and Home Loan account and as per my experience till the time the requirements are met online its fine but in case one have to visit there branch it always horrible experience. Me and my friend had home loan transferred to ICICI bank, we were so harassed by their Sector-14 Gurgaon staff for 1st disbursement that we preferred other alternate for that money instead of disbursement and later switch off our home loan from ICICI bank. As per my experience so far with ICICI bank it seems their staff are trained/pledged not to work in customer interest instead look for options how to harass the customer. I preferred sharing review instead of complaint email, as Im sure ICICI management will ever care for such emails.
