Recently relocated to Gurgaon and wanted to have my hair cut short to save it from falling (Asian thin hair). Showed the photo of the style i wanted and they said it could be done. Sadly the moment my hair was blowed dry after cut, i realised this was going to be a failure. Layering was done all wrong which is a very basic technique. Instead of short layer inside, long layer outside to make the hair hugging the face, the hairstylist did the layering exact opposite. It was a simple hair style, and the layering could have been figured out from the photo. Very disappointed at how my hair was cut. If the style i wanted cannot be achieved, they could have consulted me another style, instead of nodding yes yes it can be done and gave me such a sad hair that i have to go fix somewhere else now.On the positive side, the place was clean, the hair wash was nice and relaxing. It looks premium using all Dyson hairdryer. But if you cannot cut my hair right, all these are good for nothing.

Preferred this place before lockdown, and now once again was impressed with their professional service & safe practices.Safe, sanitized and high quality service. They respected social distancing, and used PPE including face shield. It was my first time going out during the pandemic for any service. I realized its best for Customers to also wear their own face shield, to ensure everyone has certain peace of mind. Mona is excellent at her work and understands customer requirements well. Piyush (management) is polite, personable and cares about customer experience and feedback. Thank you Bella Madonna team!

I got my haircut and colouring done it was so good experience as I was colouring my hair for the first time they were so helpful in suggesting me with the best color that would look good on me I would highly recommend Arjun for colouring and haircut as Im very particular with my hair he did a great job...Would love to visit soon

Arjun has been cutting my hair for over 10 years and I wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone, but him. I constantly get compliments on my haircut. Good, but expensive

Located in a posh mall this place has seriously deteriorated over the last year. I had a haircut done this week and the overall experience was very unpleasant. Most staff are in shabby clothes and look un-professional. Considering that this is a high end saloon the same is very unacceptable. Even mid range saloons in Gurgaon have more presentable staff. The personnel appointed to me looked very inexperienced in his job and I ended up with a poor hair-cut. I fail to understand how such high charging saloon can have pathetic staff like that. Even the overall ambiance of the shop is poor with lot of shabby looking people appointed as staff. Overall this is a overcharging and highly avoidable place..much better saloons are available in the same mall.

I agree with other comments about the shabby appearance of many of the employees. Smart casual would be fine but too often many are inappropriately dressed and groomed. Is there no proper management? Ive been happy with Rihan and Rajesh but today I arrived to have a manicure and was asked to come back in 15 minutes but when I came back, I was told Rajesh was not available. I was offered an alternative manicurist but refused and left. Very poor client care.
