I am 47 and bought a property in The Hermitage a year and a half ago. I live in Delhi and though I am happy with my current home, but the commute is really long to my office in Gurgaon. I have lately gotten tired of the traffic and the time wasted commuting every day. To be honest, having lived in Delhi, I had my inhibitions shifting to Gurgaon, but the moment I saw the property, I instantly liked it. Satya Group is one of the most trusted brands, so I had no apprehension about investing in this place. Trust is very important when it comes to this kind of investment.

Its been a while have bought a second property with Satya. bought my first property in Legend. was alrdy happy with it and now bought 2 flats at Hermitage. Just amazingly pocket friendly prices and of course! price appreciation of property will definitely happen in near future. Though the approach is a concern right now but eventually is good for investment.

This company is bunch of crooks. Never clears the hidden things. Employees are all fraudsters. Never pick phone. So many cases are filled against this company. Never believe them. Intentions r bad. Never trust them.

Satya Group Head Office is based in Gurgaon near HUDA City Metro Station.Paid Parking Space is Ample here. Wheelchair accessibility is also available.The staff is co-operative however if you need to follow-up for any other remainder tasks, reaching them is a BIG CHALLENGE. Staff would not bother to receive calls from their existing clients. Id seen it personally while I was inside the premises.

In September 2015 I had booked unit number G-26, in the proposed Mall The Hive by the Satya Group, at the time of booking the company repeatedly assured delivery in three years i.e. by 2018 September. The company raised a four demands subsequently which were paid on time. In March 2017 after receiving a major chunk of the payment the company executed the buyers agreement. Now the company CRM Jatin is saying that the delivery would be between 42 to 48 months from the date of the execution of the agreement which is a total travesty from the original commitment made at the time of booking. The promised delivery of September 2018 has been shifted to 2021 or early 2022. I have written of Mr. Agarwal the Chairman of the company who has not even had the basic courtesy or the decency to even acknowledge my letters. Low profile co., Not much maintained as per expected in terms of ambience which is as compared to builders offices

Two of my friends have purchased flat from Satya in the project The Hermitage and their experience is very bad. Right from charging for increased super area and illegal VAT they are trying to cheat them in all the possible way. They are even forcing them to sign indemnity bond.
