Visited the site of Mahindra Lumunaire a few days back. In terms of the location, the project is excellent and has all the amenities in place. The project is very spacious and has a great location advantage attached to it. I was highly impressed with the project.

Had a pleasant experience at Mahindra Luminare. Flats are well designed offering good privacy. I even checked the tower whose possession started a few months ago. The amenities with the Clubhouse were something that excited my kids.

Visited Luminare’s site few days back. I should say that Mahindra has done a tremendous job on the quality front. The wrap around balcony around the periphery of the entire house is long enough for my daily walks. Also location wise, project is very well connected.

Good construction quality and planning. Prices high, need rationalization. Term Super area being used by management is illegal.

Luminare by Mahindra Lifespaces is well connected to the heart of Gurgaon that is the Golf Course Road and cybercity. From connectivity perspective project scores very well - there are many office places near to the property too. The ready tower gives a good glimpse of what is on offer. Spacious rooms, privacy and construction quality. I had recently been there to evaluate for investment. The staff at the site is very courteous and professional unlike many other. project sites of Gurgaon. Right now we are considering the property and the payment plans.

Sold as premium property, but lacks basic amenities. Promised 24Hr uninterrupted power supply....there are about 5-10 power cuts per day, voltage spikes burning the electronic equipment. Staying here for 8 months, the maintenance agency is trying to do a good job, but not a day goes without finding unfulfilled promise by Mahindra. Unfortunate, from a brand like Mahindra on which we believed.
