Sharing this review based on my personal experience dealing with Sai Furniture. On the product front, their furniture quality is great and they even customise as per the requirement. The staff is very helpful and pays attention to customer needs without pushing for typical sales. The delivery is usually on time except for minor delays ( in our case, heavy rains delayed the delivery). The owner is a wonderful person. We bought a sofa set which turned out to be faulty ( one of the seats). We called the owner and he graciously accepted to return or replace it with a new one at no additional cost.Five stars for the owner and the after sales support. Do visit Sai Furniture once, in case you are on the lookout for a quality furniture at a decent price.

I am happy to put this review after my purchase at Sai Furniture Gurgaon. The showroom had many good designs and we were confused between two designs as to which one to select. The owner guided us to select based on our taste. We also did some color changing and minor modifications, and I must say that the product has come out really well. Writing this review after 4 months of use. The quality of our dining table and the sofa set is very good. It is very comfortable and elegant. All guests ask us from where we purchased this. The fabric on sofa is very premium, the showroom people call it by the name of suede fabric.

Not a good experience. Bought a sofa but its seat started sagging within a year, and even after fixing it, the seat got completed sagged in next 10 months.Our sofa seat did not last even for 2 year. Not a good quality.

Bought a new sofa (leatherette) . After using it merely for 6 days, the stiching is coming out. Because of which the leather being torned off.If this is the situation after 6 days, what would happen in the long run.This is clearly a case of bad workmanship nd quality.The grievance redressal is also bad. The solution offered by the store manager is to send someone and get it stitched at home.But wht about the damage to the cloth.Adding to my feedback- The store owner called and made the necessary rectification.Also offered to change the cloth if anything else happens again.

Our experience was very nice. The sofa set looks even more beautiful in our drawing room, also the delivery was prompt and all our customization and color combinations were really attended well.... we loved the extra floral cushions although they were paid for extra but overall we liked everything.

Very bad stuff. Dont take any responsibility of issues and problems in the product. Dont attend the customer for repairing. Avoids call.We bought Sofa one and half year back and all the stitching got open.Worst customer service experience.

I am afraid my experience has not been good at this store.We liked their teakwood dining chairs and ordered with some change in color and cushioning.It took 15 days to deliver as promised and it was done on time. No complaints for that.Now the chairs that we received was not only poorly finished but lacking symmetry , paint coming off, edges were completely veneer filled which was coming off.These images are after 1 day of use. They sent 2 person to fix the chairs. They applied some chemical put some feviquick and applied the paint and the result you can see in the pictures.Veneer still coming of the egdes which makes you very unhappy to see. I am writing this review only after 10 days of usageIf you are planning to buy from them I would suggest you to prefer buying only the display pieces as they have far better finishing and quality.
