Supertech is doing a big scam in one of itss project Hill Town Sohna Road, Gurgaon. I had booked a flat in Hill crest, under subvention plan, so we had a Tri party agreement that from April18 onwards if unit is not handed over till time of possession Supertech will borne Interest amount of PEMI, in month of November18 I had got a mail from CRM that organization is out of funds and we dont have money to pay your PEMI interest amount, you need pay yourself until time of possession, later we will adjust. I had taken loan of 58lacs on behalf of Supertech and entire amount is disbursed from bank, now Supertech have no funds to construct project as construction is stopped on site from last 2months , , its a complete case of fraud and cheating by both Supertech & India Bulls bank. I am already trapped in a fraud now they are asking me to pay more to bank on behalf of Supertech. why should a person pay under subvention plan when home is not delivered to him? many peoples are trapped in this subvention plan scheme of Supertech in a hope that EMI will not start till the time of possession, amount received by Supertech under subvention plan from hill town project is 100s of corores and it is not invested in project and is diverted to some where else, if it would had been invested many people like me would have got their home delivered to them. Big fraud ND scam by both Supertech & India bulls bank
