I loved cafe coffee day when it was introduced! Prices were bit high at that time, but they provided one of the best coffee at the place.Recently, I went to CCD at VR mall, relaxing ambience, friendly staff, hygienic!Only thing is Price is too high, because of the brand name.I mean it, its too much profit they gain from this. They should also see the customer satisfaction too. But make no mistake, quality is good. Except that I didnt like hot chocolate with whip cream, thats a bad combo. I usually take hot chocolate as it is, but due to the recommendation of a welcoming staff, so I tried it, it wasnt worth the money😅.

Pluses first - great ambience. One can spend hours in discussion with others without any disturbance or interruption from staff, VR Mall environment gives a beautiful backdrop too. Neat and hygienic, polite, wonderful staff.Minuses - Menu card shows lot of snack items, only very few are actually available. Prices are not really low. Latte (medium) ₹180. But then, prices not really an issue given the long hours people lock up tables.Note - Latte coffee is far better than the filter coffee at Cafe Coffee Day locations.

Regular coffee day! Decent service! But wud be better to see them serve with gloves and masks!

Billing is straight here. No flabs added unlike their other shops around Annanagar. Had a good experience. Tender coconut drink was plain, no pieces.

The cold coffee here is the best ever Ive tasted. I have tasted all the varieties of cold coffee with ice-cream. I love it to the core. Whenever I come to ccd I will only have devils own. I do recommend the sandwiches which is also delicious. The price is quite expensive.

Just one person who handles all orders. Pizza is the instant one that they stick it into the OTG and serve. Not worth the price. For pizzas, Id be better off with dominos or pizza hut.

Go only if you want to pay more than thats mentioned on their menu!I was in VR mall on a Friday, ordered for a combo. This combo came with a coffee and paneer sandwich for Rs 281. The person at the billing tells me my total is Rs 345. I asked him what the tax amount was, he said Rs 16. Now for anyone who knows math 281+16 is not 345. When enquired he said thats what his system says. We asked his permission to look at this system and guess what. They have been Swindling customers on every order! They dont have an option for combo in the system. The billing is done on original non combo prices, meaning coffee and sandwich are added as separate entry and not as a combo. Customers dont save any money by buying combo. Horrendous. How can CCD swindle customers? On my bill I would have paid them Rs 57 extra. Think about how many such customers!

It is very spacious and can accommodate more number of peoples. coming to the taste its the same as all cafe coffee day though the quality maintained hear so good.the service was also better hear
