One of the Good Places in Chennai to be visited by all people around Chennai and out station people too. Appearance and ambiance are well and good with Neat and clean atmosphere.People with family and friends can enjoy here within and outside a Rail Compartment. Customer service and timing is well and good.taste are really nice as five star hotels. I had a tasty Fried rice, Chicken biryani and chicken noodles here.

A coach converted into a restaurant and neat plush looking interiors. The exterior platform and wroght iron seating are also nice. Though the names of dishes in menu card are inspired from various states the food actually begs to be much better... The starters were good but the main courses were no good. Do visit for the novelty of themed restaurants and hope food becomes better.

Nice theme of rail restaurant.Royal interior look.food good try naans and butter chicken and paneer masala, chicken briyani,fried rice.Avoid soup and deserts they are not good on them.

Awesome ambience. Had a butter naan with Dal gravy and a grill Chicken. The grill was cooked properly and tasted awesome but Dal gravy was not upto expectation. This place is located near to ICF rail museum, good to send time with your kids.

Most delicious food in Chennai. We all enjoyed the hospitality of staffs , the food was fresh and tasty.The menu consists of many varieties. Ambience is good and also located at prime area. I would recommend to others... Surely will come back again.

The concept of converting an old railway passenger coach into an air-conditioned restaurant within a railway museum, appealed to my gourmand side...Though i didnt go inside, as i had already had lunch, the layout both inside an outside (appearance of a platform) were intrinsically appealing...I had a badam milk which was as good as I had had anywhere else. The price was also very reasonable and the quantity was more than sufficient...

Worst ever experience!!Cost of the food is very high.. but atmosphere and the arrangement of the restaurant is good..This restaurant is maintaining by IRCTC.dont expect the taste.. you can have fun only because of having lunch inside the train coach!!Nothing special than that.. food is average only!!
