Always too early for boarding time(tambaram mcc), troubling us by calling and asking to come early to boarding point, and more than that, always delayed by 1 hour to reach destination. Like a town bus, not going bypass.

To the management, When a person books a ticket for a place, he needs to be dropped at that place.. Jus because of a delay due to traffic or some other reason, yu cannot tell everyone to get down at some place. Very poor! They did not drop us on the drop point with the same bus. I booked from Chennai (T. Nagar) to Pudukkottai. But, they told to get down at some place 30kms before Pudukkottai & then after getting down, they are informing me that i should go in another essar travels bus to reach Pudukkottai. How they can torture us like this. Not at all recommended private transport. Worst.My date of Journey- 26/12/19
