Very Cramped rooms. Average Facility . Not worth for the rent they demand

The place looks so pretty and good.. infrastructure was extremely mesmerizing with a gud Nature feel..it was osum to cum over here and a gr8 experience..

Good property, worth the money paid. Good maintenance, daily housekeeping, car parking, life, power backup, security and fully furnished PG/Service apartment.Totally worth for the every Penny paid.

Awesome place to stay, with affordable rent & security deposits. The caretaker is also very friendly & will be always available with just a message away. Resolves all maintenance issues very quickly, making living here a hassle-free stay. The security here also is excellent with 24x7 service....

Property wise it is good since it is in Anna nagar. But very poor service from Zolo. Neither Customer care nor the Zolo staff bothered about Customer issues. For Basic amenities like Tap pipe broken and washing machine not working we need to wait for a month and week - even after repeated follow up still now washing machine is not working. Very very poor service.

ZOLO Flyer , This property is nice one from zolo, good working for Professional. Very good location, peace and quite after hectic work and chaotic traffic. Rooms are clean and spacious. All facilities including house keeping and car parking available

For the property I will give 5 star but for the services of zolo I will give 1 rating. Before joining you must take review from the inmates residing here simply just dont trust anybody here.Regarding caretaker (udhayan) he is very rude , arrogant and not at all responding on time, for anything he simply laughs on the issues.

Property is very nice and safe for girls. The care taker (mr.Udayan)attends to the issues well. And tickets are resolved as soon as possible

For this property I would give 5/5 stars but when it comes to services its not as expected nowadays...as far as I stayed here its a safe and secured place for living...Services are bad..issues are not being solved at all

Highly ill-maintained property, the customer care is a joke. You need to raise tickets for everything ranging from leaking taps to dusty furnitures, still they wont respond and close your tickets without solving the issue. The service team wont respond to your calls. Pointless of having staff at the property if they cant be of any help. Please fire some staff for austerity measure, coz they are of no help anyway.

Good service excellent amenities

Only Solo Available in Anna Nagar. As far as I know, last year this place had water problems but now its all fixed although the water still tastes a bit off IMO i.e. water used for bathing and so on. Drinking water is available all RO filtered all well and good regarding that. I have just moved in so far so good. Only downside of the property is that its not well planned as in each flat has three rooms of three different types. So check properly in case you decide to stay here. Certain rooms are smaller than others.
