Huge lawn space and a big 5 bedroom house. What stood out and wanted us to take up this place for my sisters reception was how well it was maintained. Decoration plans just hits you and the twilight here is amazing. Friendly manager to understand whatever you need and ample car park.

Few people would know that how much inconvenient it would be for themselves if someone parked in the gate. Today had been for a reception to the resort.I think the Government should either not allow them to hold such gathering or cancel their license to operate.Despite the fact that there was valet parking facility but i squirmed since the drivers were concerned only about parking. Not if it is going to inconvenience someone.God for but in that narrow lane, cars parked on one side and the balance road testing the efficiency of the driving skills. Ruthless to say the least.Kindly live life and have empathy for others.

Decent place and neatly maintained lawn and bungalow. 2 Bungalows with 4 bedrooms each and a common easy accessable swimming pool. Would recommend for outdoor parties, weddings or corporate events. Beach is 250 mts from the premises and is open to all. Bookings start from 35k and depending on the crowd size prices increase and can go upto 1.75L . 500 people can be accommodated at a time. 30 bikes and 10 cars can can be parked inside the premises, Valet car parking is available on request to management. Average place for someone looking for a outdoor in and around ECR for events or parties. Call management before visiting the place and check in advance for the availablity.

One of the biggest and most crucial decisions to make when it comes to Wedding Planning is where to host the celebration. Not even the greatest décor or food can make up for a bad atmosphere. But we got very lucky on that aspect with the Royal Palms.Our idea of an outdoor garden wedding couldnt have been realized any better if not for the incredible natural setting provided by The Royal Palms. When we first looked at pictures we were unsure if the venue was actually like that in person, but it was all real. A lush green garden in the middle of Chennai? Well its not just the pretty looks, but the well-maintained garden comes with a Villa package, not only picturesque but also very comfortable. Both the families, me, my wife and our parents stayed over for our two day event, and its nothing like getting ready at the venue, that made our planning and execution all the more convenient. Even the outdoor services and amenities (Toilets, kitchen, 100 seater AC Hall.etc) were spot on, the guests had a blast, the celebration was a huge success, what can I say! The Royal Palms exceeded our expectations in not only serving as a great backdrop for all the wonderful memories, but also a functional and practical venue. During covid times, The venue was very accommodating, and even the guests felt more safe amidst the natural environment.We want to sincerely thank Royal Palms for making our dreams come true, and would recommend it to all who wish to have their perfect outdoor wedding. They will not disappoint.

This is an amazing Location to host a party or reception. The property can be rented out in 3 parts being the the Villa, the lawn and the convention centre. The villa has 5 rooms each with a functioning bathroom. A living rooms and a study. It has an amazing pool on the backside. The lawn spreads out in front of the villa and can accomodate a crowd of 500 pax. Food and drinks can be arranged for according to requirement. The convention centre can accomodate 200 pax. Wonderful place for late night parties, reception, get-together, or holiday out at the villa and swimming pool.

Beautiful property, very well maintained garden and pool. Had a family get together and we had the best relaxing time. Management is very accommodating and friendly. A cozy home amidst nature. Never felt the need to step out. Will definitely like to come back again.

Had been there to check the place to conduct a wedding. Nice clean spacious well set rooms. Spacious lawn. Decent food preparation area. Can have functions for up to 600 people easily. The access to the house is step free but inside there are 2-3 steps to go to living room n bedrooms. 3 bedrooms at the first floor is palatial and very nicely maintained.

No parking available is so bad

Great ambience for weddings n other functions. Parking assistance is a welcome relief. Toilets need to be kept neat with the presence of maintenance staffs.

Nice place for moderate sized gatherings. They have a well maintained lawn with a bar and a small hall. They also have adequate outdoor lighting. The place is a little expensive to rent but it is worth the price. They have only limited parking. And since it is located on a small lane, parking outside the venue is a little tough.

Excellent place to stay over. The property is fantastic for parties and functions. The food is wonderful, if a tad bit spicy but you can tell the chef to cook it according to the way you want. The rooms are very comfortable and the pool is very well maintained. Its not noisy at all and is very calm and serene. It is also very close to the beach. You can even walk down to the beach in just a few minutes. They even provide cycles for transport and leisure. It is an excellent place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Its not a very good resort to go with your office team mates on a sunny day. They had a very small swimming pool and a garden. This resort was neat and clean. But the food was horrible. We can eat good quality food even in the roadside shops. Too costly for such a small resort and tasteless food. Totally a waste of day with my colleagues.
