Dont go to this place. Worst reception. Not clean. High charge.

Very horrible experience and complete cheaters. I have booked this room through OYO for 4 nights. After a long travel, I have reached the hotel at night 10:30 and to my shock the I was denied the room calming the booking amount is too low. How am I responsible for it? I paid whatever it showed on the OYO website. The owner made me to cancel the room booked via OYO and made me to book freshly at the counter and charged me around 1200/- per day. It took me almost 2 hrs to sort this out. I think this became routine in this hotel. I have seen few people arguing at the reception. I DO NOT recommend it at all.If the owner has a problem with the OYO website, why are they listing in the website? is it to attract the customers and cheat?Edit - Reply to the Owner -The owner just copy pasted the old reply to some other costumer. I have never mentioned about rudeness in my review. Again my question here is simple - If the owner has a problem with the OYO website, why are they listing themselves in the website? is it to attract the customers and then cheat? If you cant provide the room at the mentioned prices on the website? why dont you update immediately? it hardly takes any time.Also, why dont you call customers immediately and inform?

Im stayed in this hotel last week. Actually i booked another property oyo 2282 of same owner in that hotel there is no ac no voltage and im asked to change room but unfortunately all rooms like that and finally the owner shifted to this hotel.in this hotel They have all the good facilities and room is quite big enough.and i extended for one more days that will create an another problem. They said that you must shifted to another room,bcos this room booked before 1 month. i dont this type of rules are in oyo n i said okay but they said there is no ac n other facilities. Okay i said im leaving give me my payment thy said thy cant. Receptionist he shout to me and he was so rude he dont know how to speak with the guest.. I warned him to watch his tone but he never stopped. I wish i could complain to his manager. You cant humiliate your customers. Anyways what I could only do is write a review. It is highly unprofessional to have such people at reception. I am sure the hotel management would have received complains from other people as well.

Very calm and beautiful location in a residential area. I really liked the locality. Also, the stay is nice. Good rooms. Very cordial staff, even to really obnoxious guests (five stars for that alone). The waiting area is pretty large as well. The price of the rooms are pretty high, but it is common in Chennai I suppose.

Hello family people , beware this is a serviced appartment with OYO . Dont keep high hopes like spending a rich time with family wile visiting Chennai . There will be difficulties in reaching the place ,nearby shops are limited,expect minimum services ,take everything with you . If you are looking for a temporary place till you find out your self rented apartment then this is a good place . You can know the societys nearby get a first hand experience.the place was meeting my expectations ,car park is good,rooms are clean in my belief,location was a 50 RS auto from main road .

Did not get a professional feel. Playful boys in the reception. They seem to just learn Tamil. They dont know to use warm welcoming words in treating guests. Will not recommend or stay again here.

Very bad place. Loads of mosquito inside . Cockroaches inside. Bedsheet stain. Bathroom dirty. Not worth at all to go can find better place than this. Dont visit here.

Good looking room. food is ordered outside as they are not cooking inside premises. response from staff for any requests like water bottle and toileteries was average(we checked in at 11pm that may be issue). the extra bed provided for third person gave me doubt whether we can sleep on it or not

Worst ambience and facilities...the flush was not working,pillows bedsheet were worst,smelling..The room is not attached with washroom..Specially the attitude of the employees is too harsh..Gaali dene ka itna mann kiya tha....maadar***d

A phethetic and unhigenic place. Pleople there are also not professional. I booked this 1.5 month prior to my booking date but in the end they asked me that they gave my room to some one else. After a long conversation with Oyo Chennai manager they gave me a room, which was very bad. In the end I found a big cockroach in my break fast plate. Conclusion: Not a good place for family and who love clealiness.I hope owner will read this and try his/her best to make this place better and more professional.

Never ever choose this. I made a big mistake selecting this assuming good stay. There isnt any cleanliness and the kitchen smells rotten. Dinner table remains untidy all the time. The staff is unprofessional and speaks very harsh with out giving respect. The hotel cheated me by charging high amount. I booked 2super deluxe and one standard room. The hotel alloted me 21super deluxe and 2 standerd rooms alloted and told that the super deluxe room is not checked out by the previous occupant. They assumed me that they would arrange for another super deluxe room but that never happened and my friends adjusted in 2standerd room. But however the hotel charged us for 2super deluxe and 1standerd room which is rubbish. Since I dont have time to argue with them I ended up paying more.Please dont ever try to lodge in this service apartments. This is not even eligible for 1 rating.

The worst service apartment ever. Its run by a bunch of goons. Dont even think about booking a room here. Unsafe for women and families. I was threatened when I tried to complaint OYO rooms. Room conditions are pathetic. Rooms smell bad, dirty linen and spider webs everywhere. It was the worst hotel I ever booked.

Room was clean, but facing problems with these issues that would make me think twice to come again :-1. Experienced no water supply early morning2. Left to airport on 11/9/17 without a shower3. Lots of mosquitoes at lobby and living room4. Cable TV problem of getting transmission5. Electricity intteruption frequent6. Low water pressure7. Staff was sleeping on the floor. Not proper.8. Rubbish/Plastic bags strewn near garden9. Staffs clothing seen hanging not proper.The management needs to overcome these problems to make room for a more livable conditions. Such a nice place not up to the standard.

The location is excellent... Peacefully, green, clam. Bus stops, local railway station, shops, restaurants are all available nearby. It is run by OYO rooms.

Worst ever booking experience. Even after booking via OYO rooms and making full payment, these people did not provide us any rooms, we booked over 4 rooms for our entire family but when we reached the facility the owner told us all rooms are booked and already full. On enquiry we found that they have taken our booking as well and then got money from another gang and gave them all the rooms and left us stranded in the middle of the night, in the end we had to call the cops and the cops came over and took care of the things and gave a slap to the manager there and then gave us one room for the entire family. The usual charge is 1400 aproax. But the bedsheets and pillowcovers were dirty, in my room there was no tube light, they dont provide packaged drinking water, their power backup was damaged (i spent 2 hours in the dark before i checked out), also there was no intercom to connect with the reception in case any probelm..I checked out much before because i was unsatisfied..but they didnt close the booking that time..which shows how corrupt they are..also i felt unsafe around there because there was no other guests in this apartment...which is the reason i finally checked much before

The staff is chill and dont bother you, but its quite ordinary in terms of service and stay. The rooms are plain bad with lack of functioning rooms and WiFi.

3.July 2019 - Horrible experience. Booked this via OYO with a 50% promo code. Hotel refused to allow my parents (senior citizens) citing that they cant offer at 50% rate. Both OYO and this hotel are just terrible. Should have used MakeMyTrip

Service extremely poor. If you dont know hindhi, dont visit this place. Except manager everyone speaks only hindhi. But the manager never stays here. I asked for extra bed, they gave me a bed that looks like garbage.
