The building has not been planned properly. Stage is in the entrance of the hall, so that is not comfortable and dinning hall is in third floor. Also building is not good looking.

Its one of the best place in North Chennai with good interior and a vast place to do a function with a space accommodating 500-600 people.The rent is under the budget and you can compare with near by places to be affirmative on it.
