Very good hall with a reasonably large capacity. First floor dining area is also good. Entire hall is air conditioned. About 8 rooms are available in the second floor. Most importantly, parking area is huge with about 60 vehicles or more. Nice facilities too,

Hey just wanted to let know about this Mahal,I had my reception on 6th December at SKV Mahal, Very Well maintained Hall and Huge area to accommodate most of our Guests during the pandemic with COVID-19 Protocols it didnt seem like crowded. The Dining and Guest rooms were on the first floor and its really clean and tidy, people often Sweep the floors. Second Floor is Completely Rooms to make it private for our Important guests stay.After Looking at the Mahal most important is the Stage and Decoration and we had no idea about it and the manager suggested us to Ayyappa Decorator. At first we were discussing the design with them later they did an incredible job on my Reception Evening from the Entrance till the Stage they did it Professionally and Never said NO to any of my suggestions,they were really sweet to interact about ideas.Finally the Par Lots guest were so vast and wide enough for parking.It was a well Spent day with Zero Confusion nor Problems.thank you SKV Mahal For Coordinating with us. ))))hope you find it useful,bye.

It is a huge marriage hall situated on a narrow two way street opposite Electricity Board Office. The parking lot is huge. One can bring their four wheelers without hesitation. The parking lot is disable friendly. The hall is visible from vehicles on the road. The dining hall in the first floor is also as big as the marriage hall.

Its located in Mogappair, just away from the rush and buzz of the main road. Brightly lit interiors and clean furniture makes life pleasant for the Wedding families and guests. Ideal for functions where no. of guests could exceed 500.

The hall is very spacious. Car parking area is quite big. Lift facility is there. Nearby a temple with all Gods is there. So for weddings, I will recommend this place to others. If it suits ur budget, without thinking twice u can go for it. Even toilets in both floors make it convenient for the elderly guests. Cleaning of wash area is frequently done by helpers. So altogether I liked this place very very much.

Excellent marriage hall with ample car parking facilities. Had my sons marriage recently at this place. Halls and Dining rooms are maintained neatly. Manager of the hall was very courteous. Stage decorators Prem and Murali, put up an attractive stage that was pleasing to the eye. Overall we had a highly satisfying experience.

Marriage hall is large to sit more than 250 members with air conditioning unit.. in kitchen area, cooing tables and place are near... Dining are is large to sit 250 peoples... The ambience of the mahal is really good and it is been newly built. It has a huge parking space. The interior of the mahal is really good and it occupy a large number of people. The dining hall is well planned which is in upstairs.

A big hall for events like marriage, reception etc, and a seperate dining area in 1st floor. A huge drawing area invites you as you step into the building and usher you into the big events area. Parking area can accommodate 120 cars at a time along with bike parking. Easily accessible from Koyambedu metro station by an autorickshaw or cab. The mahal do have their own usherettes helps you in dining area.

We conducted our sisters wedding here . Hall is extremely clean and well maintained. The low rating is for the flower decorator they force you to take. He quotes high prices but will try to cheat you by replacing with plastic flowers and cheaper flowers in last moment. The mallipoo he gave was so old. Has no talent or creativity and incapable of undertanding anything we tell. On wedding day there was hardly any flowers on stage. We could have used much better decorators at cheaper rates compared to him. Beware.
