Best maintained approximately with a seating capacity of 400 . Good to view the event from mezzanine. The main hall is in the first floor further the main entrance is in the side. There is Reliance shop in the ground floor. Parking space is very very less.

One of the well known marriage hall in madipakkam. Located in medavakkam main road. One can easily identify. There are 2 marriage halls. Hall size is good but very small parking space. Those who come in car finds difficult to park their cars.

Very average property. Not very neat. Unfriendly staff.Car parking is a nightmare on this property. The watchman allowed us inside saying that there is parking inside, but to my horror, there was none. I was forced to awkwardly park my car on the other end of the building. The horrible part was, the exit from other end was completely blocked by 2 wheelers and when I talked to the watchman to clear the way for me to take my car out, he completely disowned his responsibility. I had to wait for 1.5 hours for 2 wheelers to clear before I could take my car out and the watchman was no where in the picture to help.Pathetic property.

Very spacious with sufficient car parking. However there was no security to guide us. We had difficulty since outgate was totally covered by two wheelers.

This marriage hall is spacious. It has a room for bride and groom each. And it has 6 additional rooms. But the entrance is a little cramped.

Mahal is spacious on the inside, well lit, good air-conditioning with lift. Only downside is the parking facility. Not much space for car parking.

The main road Medavakkam Road is very congestive. Parking and dropping by call taxi is very difficult .sometimes very risky. A security guard may be posted outside to regulate traffic .

Wow!!! The Marriage hall was so big. It can be best suitable for grand weddings. Dinning halls were also so big. The hall was spacious even when lot of people were present. Many extra activities were also kept like mehandi and others.

Nice place and large space. Location is right on the main road. Only issue is four wheeler parking space. It is too less and congested. You can park around 10 cars or less. Two wheelers are parked in the four wheeler parking area and that should be properly organized, as they have entire ground floor for two wheeler parking.

A big Mahal in this area. It is a new Mahal and also rate is moderate. It occupies 1000 to 1500 people at a time. The appearance of the Mahal is very good and interior designing also very good. There are three floors in this Mahal. Function hall is in in 1 St floor, Rooms and balcony view is about 2nd floor, Third floor for food. Bike parking is in ground floor. A small number of cars only able to park in this Mahal. A big disadvantage of the Mahal is limited number of car parking. Lift facility is available. It is very easy reach the place by public transport and also by own transportation.

Its Really a big Mahal in this area. Big building with parking facilities. Big hall & dinning hall available. Air conditioned room for bride and groom. It has lift facilities too. Easily visible at normal traffic too. Can accommodate more than 400 people. Nearby bus stop is available. Hotels, coffee shop and gift shops are found in the surroundings.

Good Mahal, neatly maintaining... spacious for parking. But it contains two different Mahal,if both Mahal has booked by two different people it may be very tight.

Parking problem

Great place to conduct medium to large family functions with good parking space and good ambience.

The restrooms needs a lot of improvement where the path towards its very steep and is difficult for ages and senior citizens. Another thing required is provision for railings or holds near the wall where senior citizens can use for their support when walking. The good thing about the venue is that it is spacious and is air-conditioned. The parking space is ok.

Hall is spacious enough and ample parking space for bikes and but limited for cars, difficult to park and take it out. Rooms and restrooms were poor and need lot of improvement. There were water leakages in toilets, AC wasnt properly working in the rooms and there were no electrician or anyone to look into these issues. Lift sometimes gets itself locked in some floor.

Itvis a good marriage hall having two marriage hall one above other.

The place is very spacious and on the main road itself, but one main drawback is that the ventilation for the smoke to go out was very insufficient... Which is a very important thing in a mandapam.

Spacious and convenient. But the management is rigid about their rules and practices, which at sometimes could be irritating. Otherwise a ok function hall
