Stayed here for a night. The Rooms are shabby. Floors are sticky you cant walk Bare footed. Bathroom doors are broken. Only the reception area is good. Dont know why it has been rated a 3 star hotel.

Its an excellent place to conduct family functions and parties. Party Halls are excellently arranged and managed. AC cooling was awesome even in the summer. The coordinator from the Hotel Management Mrs.Jaya is an excellent person and very co-operative for the arrangement. She stayed with us until the celebration ends and helped us in many things. Food is also excellent. We have informed them in prior about the expected quality and taste of the food and they arranged the same. Overall, its really awesome place to conduct any functions in a budget.

I recently attended an engagement of a very close friend. This place is really good and easily findable. The halls were pretty neat and good in size. This place is definitely a steal for the price they expect from us.

Located at prime place of Chennai. Have upto 5 floor. Good for small sized party with capacity of not more than 100. Stairs is very congestive and parking as well. Hall looks pretty decent and maintenance is also good. Better option for birthday parties

It was a great event organised by Mrs.Jaya and teamFull coordination is very well and food taste also is fine but rate is slight high.And for accessing reception hall and dining hall is too confusing since dining hall is 1st floor and Reception hall is 5th floor. Need to improve lift section. Other wise all good with happy customer.2 life is there to access one is directly going to 5th floor reception hall in that lift we can’t down for 1st floor. Worst experience ever had at in this hotel, the day when that banquet lady quits then this hotel will do good business. The way of speaking is like arrogant and adamant and the food was not upto the mark, reused oils are used in the chicken 65. Completly worthless and waste of money.

Very worst hotel... Its not worth the price. Theres no bathmat in the room. I asked the room service, he said he will provide it soon but no response from them after that. Theyre not providing water, toiletry kit. The towel provided was almost brown in colour (dirty). They havent cleaned the room as well as toilet properly. Female hairs are all around everywhere including in the bed. More horrible thing is when I opened the quilt cover, several remains of the insects were found. Very old mattress. Some construction works were going on there too. 15 minutes after I checked in, A mechanic came and asked that he wants to repair the bathroom door since he left that work half an hour ago. I am wondering how the reception desk provided such a room to the customers. The room is very small one and charging 1600 rupees without breakfast

Hi,Hosted an Engagement Party in their Silver Maple hall located in 5th floor.Excellent Ambience with Fully Air conditioned well maintained hall easily can hold neary 150 - 200 pax.Excellent support provided by their GM Mr. Paneer selvam & Ms. Suganya, who has not denied any customisations / requirements of mine from the beginning.Their Decoration Vendor is promisable, trust worthy & reliable who takes care of Stage Decorations, Garlands etc.They have deputed a team of 10 energetic individuals to support during the event.Valet drivers were also equally good & engaged.Food taste was good & appraised by our guests.Just plan an Event & leave the rest to them they will take care of everything.The only cons is, accessibility to 5th floor, lift is old fashioned, slow & needs some basic renovations in the property.Apart from this, it is a great place to host events amidst of the busy city.

Drink price s quite reasonable, but side dish and main courses like briyani & fried rices are costly and also not worth for money. They provide some variety combo dishes as complementary which s good and tasty like rasa vada idly pieces dip in chutney groundnut.. Weve to keep on calling the people to order or cleaning the table. They not even clean the table even we told them to..

Quite good place in the main road, connectivity is good. but otherwise, Aspni inn management was good. with take over of maple tree the quality of breakfast is not up to the mark. Rooms are tidy and staff is helpful.

One of the best places...One of the best places to go for authentic lunch!. I love the flavors at 77 Kitchen and the service staff Mr. Gopinath is really friendly and helpful. Everything is delicious & fresh, and the service is kind & prompt! I like the fact that the food is absolutely authentic and healthy (not submerged in loads and loads of oil like other places). Lovely Ambience. Definitely worth a trip for the food!! You will never disappointed, delicious & yummy.

Very bad place, dont take family, management is bad, dont trust mr. Moideen or paneerselvam or mr dushyand. Althoug from the three mr. Dushyand is better to talk to. Rooms are bad and service is poor. AC wont work properly and rooms will not have been cleaned. The bar in the front only adds more shady characters in the hotel and not at all comfortable for family or any type of stay becaue eof bad rooms, service and safety. . Taste better food good ambience

Ive been there for a function. But the hall is very small can accommodate less then 150. Also the food is not up to the level. Only couple of cars can be parked in the parking, rest of the he cars are parked on the road side and thus causing traffic while taking the car. And yes they provide valet parking actually they should. If not it would be very difficult to park. In my experience the hotel was good but the amenities was just par level.

I stayed for 2 nights. All the day I had food at the restaurant for breakfast were very good. They have variety of food including north indian & south indian food as well, which is good for traveles. A very basic hotel. Safe for ladies to stay. Food is not that good. It falls on the main road so good connectivity. They only provide towel-1, 2 small soaps and tiny bottle of shampoo. Rooms are properly lighted and AC and TV all working. Overall an average hotel. But it is overpriced for the quality.

Not reliable. The lift did not work. Reception staff kept lying it will work next day. Water inside toilet wss muddy not hygienic. Cramped room. Window was faulty and did not close. 3500+tax they charged.

Very very very poor maintenance. Nothing is clean. Hyginec is Zero. Today (17/05/2019) I had complimentary buffet, coffee cup is totally dark. Hope they never change it since 1970.Good thing is 24hrs check-out. I gave single star for 24hrs.. Kindly maintain ur reputation n brand.

First of all thanks to MMT for giving great discount of about 60%+hotel is located at highway itself and easy to find it.rooms were neat and clean but lacks in space.think it is a renovated hotel.some of switch boards were loosely fixed.bathroom was clean with all facilities including 24 hours hot water and enjoyed a great shower.the buffet breakfast was also good but has to wait till 7:30am.over all paisa vasool Could be improved more

Location- located in one of the busiest places in chennai known as vadapalani. Easily accessible on main highway itself.Theme/ Type of Hotel- can be divided in two categories as business hotel and as well as luxury hotel. Could see lot of corporate crowd checking in.Stay/ Rooms- Reception staff was really welcoming. Room rent was average not very costly. After few formalities, both of us checked in a double occupancy room. Room was of good size with double bed. TV, Ac, couch, cupboard etc. Room was smelling fresh and big window had view of main road in front. Room was spacious so does the bathroom. One thing which I didnt like was that bathroom had few small cockroaches which sets u back and you feel dirty. Tv was big enough showing lot of channels for your entertainment. One thing we didnt like about the housekeeping is that though they know the room is occupied by two people, they use to keep one towel and that too for all 5 days.Room service- In room dining menu is good and elaborated. Got Indian and Chinese dishes in menu. Whenever we order food we always use to receive only one plate and one spoon which was so irritating every time as knowing the room is doubled occupied and food order can be seen to be eaten by two people. This one plate issue was for all the 5 days we were staying.Food and beverage- as I said menu is big, even the food taste was good enough. Breakfast is what I loved it the most. Every morning it use to be really good spread of breakfast dishes in the buffet. Idli, medu Vada, upma, fresh fruits, tea-coffee, cereals and fresh make to order dosa, omelette. Enjoyed their breakfast throughout my stay with them. Portion of the ala carte starters were very small thats what we felt when we ordered few starters. Indian food specially South Indian food tasted really awesome. Once we ordered just a Fried rice from Chinese menu which was really worst as it had no taste no flavour very dry, soon we realised that yes we are in south.To some up- can say a good hotel for a quick stay or a even a long stay if you are on a business tour. Hotel should work in their bathrooms and room service standards.

Pros:Rooms are small. First i thought the facilities were inadequate. Then after some time, realized its not that bad. Rooms are air-conditioned with new AC, supplied with 32 inch Samsung TV. Our room had 2 double and one single bed. Soap, toothpaste, brush, towel and shampoo all were supplied. Toilets are equipped with water geyser if you need hot water.Cons:But the room service boy and also people on other side of phone knew little English. On top of that the lift was out of order, lift is very old.

Very worst hotel. Old and unwashed bedsheets and blankets. Floor is to dirt u cant walk without slipper in room. No room service . food is to worst and staffs wont respond. Reception people wont give the room type which u booked. Very unplesant to stay. Hotel have no maintenance. Staff wint respond to in intercom services. No hospitality and cleanliness. Waste of money. Thy charged me nearly 4.2k for a day. But room is not even worth for 1.5k.

Went to attend a betrothal. The Function hall and dininig hall were ok. But the common spaces need some sprucing up. The stair area , corridors etc have to be tidied up to look more appealing.
