Hey guysActually this community center is good place for the budget event planning. Parking may be a problem two wheeler can be parked cars can be parked out side only. Dinning hall is a small place 70 people can eat at a time. Its was very hot because cooking area and dinning are at the same place. But its a cheap and best place for budget functions. Chair for audience are good.

Good community hall. Spacious and neat. They provide better service. Its been there for a very long time. Cant hold more than 300. The location used to be secluded in the past. Since the traffic in the road is different now was able to notice easily now a days.

This Community Hall is Located in the Prime Spot at Pallavaram. It has Limited Parking Space. Maintenance Needs to be Improved. Ceremony Hall is Better, But Proper Air Ventilation Needs to be Provided in the Dining Area. Overall this Community Hall is Good for Small to Medium Crowd.

Located near pallavaram bus stand. Difficult to find as there is no sign board. Marriage Hall is big. Dining hall and parking area are small. Cannot park on road.

5 min from Pallavaram bus stand (Towards Tambram). Medium size hall can be used for Marriage or Birthday functions. But no parking space available. Next to TTK Industries and Platinum tower (Blue colour commercial building/ 4 floors). Railway station at 10min walk and nearby restaurants are available.

The hall is not air conditioned. A very low budget hall. At least it would be better if they put a ceiling and remove those asbestos sheets. Hall is quite big only, can accommodate, say around 500 people at a time. It is also located trunk road, very near to pallavaram bus stand.

Maintanance is not at all good. Marriage hall is not clean. Looks like painted 10 years before.

Located on the main road of pallavaram very near to Bus stop and Railway station, very easily commutable an frequently functions will happen here, parking is not available, but a decent community hall for a function.

Well not really a good place to have to have events,too small and its kinda dirty and if ur planning for a low budget event then go for it

Old building less maintenance even wall painting looks like old one need re panting and regular maintenance . If done so considering the location it will be a fantastic function hall

The rent of this place is very cheap but you dont have parking facility, moreover it very hot inside the hall even in the night. This place is not clean and very tidy. Only plus is rental and very near to bus Stop and railway station
