This apartment is not in the main place travelling here is very difficult.the road condition is worse if anyone plan to go take care of your vehicles. In this apartment I have been to party hall . The balcony over here is awesome. The transformer near the gate is not a safe place for children.This apartment is ideal.....

The appartement looks nice and is maintained well. The entrance is grand and very fancy to look at. Too isolated and very interior for people without personal vehicle. Route to the apartment is very dark and has minimal to no lifts. Train station and main road is at least 3kms away.

My relative is put up there. They have purchased a 2 bhk flat in block 1. I would the apartment is one of the best in pallavaram, its amenities are excellent. They have a well equipped gym, big yoga room and a table tennis room for leisure. They have got two serving lifts for each block. Block is still plus four levels. Little children play area with open arena is an added value, overall thats a well maintained brand new apartment..

Beware of Rajparis..beware...we have booked a flat in Rajparis medavakam without proper enquiry about quality of construction and paid 1 lakh rs as booking token.. when we enquired about quality, there are many air cracks in previous constructed building and wood for main door is of mica wood. So we withdraw our decision and within 3 weeks we cancelled the booking by saying some other reason. But we not got our full amount even no sale agreement made. They are money minded without providing quality. Beware of them and not to book without proper enquiry on the quality, cost and other aspects. We lost our hard earned money and I dont want others to loose it just like mistake what we did. Look before you leap.. beware....

Very close to my office in OMR. Good connectivity to all the places. The key point is that the project is in the main road for this price.
