They will not communicate us once the reports are ready, and i paid for my blood test using debit card, money was debited from my account, but they said they did not received it, asked us pay again, They said u will get the money back, but i said i will pay once i got the money back, but even after 12 days of waiting money was not credited back, before that they will cal u again n again to pay the money thinking like we cheated them...a person called me and told tat your money was credited we have enquired with the bank they said, but in my bank app there was no money credited, they will tell you anything to get their things done, Then i raised a complaint to my bank and got the money and paid..overall bad experience...
