Avm Rajeswari Mandapam is related to AVM family. Very costly mandapam though it is worth for it. Car parking facility there and situated on the Radhakrishnan Salai. I visited this mandapam once few years before to attend a function conducted by Sri. Ravishankar, the founder of Art of Living. Infrastructure is very high.

We attended a wedding here last month and found the place spacious and airy. The rooms were decent and comfortable, the dining area was spacious and covid norms could be followed.

Huge hall. Quite expensive.Spacious parking available right in the middle of the city. This is surely a plus point.

Located in a prime area. It is very easy to access. The Google map helps you find the place very quickly. Has good open spaces for party type function. A nice air-conditioned hall for indoor function. Has a very good dining hall at the rear for either seated dining or for a buffet arrangement. The sanitation areas are very neat and clean.

Its a very good marriage hall. Spacious enough. Maintained well. I got to know it is renovated recently. There are around 14 rooms and it is maintained well and huge. Dinning hall is little bit smaller than the other halls on this budget. It is very much accessible from different places. There is no turn near that corner. So you will have to go ahead a bit and take U-turn and come back.

Visited this place for my cousins wedding, a very good function hall which can accommodate 500 people approximately. Rooms here are well planned and constructed without wasting space, portraits of all old AVM production movies are all around the gal which reminds elders about their old days. It has a good parking place as well so this will be one of the best place to plan a function.

The location of the Mandapam and its proximity to the main areas of the city is by far the biggest advantage. The ambience was astounding. The entire length of the wall to the dining hall is lined with photographs of AVMs landmark movies. The main hall and the adjacent dining hall are both spacious and more importantly squeaky clean. Excellent venue for functions , particularly if the caterers are just as awesome!! Special mention here to Vinayaga Caterers!!

Very good arrangements very professional but AC must b little more controlled. Too much cold inside the main Hall old senior people like us feel uncomfortable, do not feel like sitting inside for long. Otherwise parking our cars adjacent ground etc. Catering and other services lighting r all well done. Regards.

Its a beautiful place to hold wedding reception. The lighting and ambience perfect t gels in with the occasion. The designing of the property allows for a smooth logical movement of people and the dining spaces too and neatly categorised. The ground floor has dining tables and caterers serving on, while the first floor is a Buffet system and this allows to accommodate a huge number. Over all, this is a brilliant place to hold a wedding reception.

Five star quality but a few basic amenities were lacking. No soap / towel in bathrooms. That was a rude shock. Geysers in many rooms did not function. This was even worse.The loication ambience cleanliness and amenities top class. They ought to sort out issues stated above.
