This is the closest place to stay you can find near the Chandigarh railway, station, the staff is quite friendly, rooms are clean, and the bathroom are actually quite nice and maintained considering the price.Apart from this, the owners are very nice and on an anecdotal experience, we had misplaced our stuff at some place and the owner themselves helped us get it, putting in their time & fuel which shows their hospitality.

Booked through Ibibo. Thought it would be as nice it shows in the photos. But its an average hotel though charging more. the front view has a garden its only the attraction as shows in the photos and even no lifts were there . only advantage is its nearby Railway station and only walk able distance.

Our stay in this hotel was very comfortable. We got very smooth and quick check in. Receptionist were very cordial and they gave us a warm well come. And service is very pleasant. Rooms neat and clean. Overall there was nothing that could rate this property down, everything was well managed.

Stayed here for a day while traveling to shimla. Hotel is well maintained and neat. It has a lawn where one can sit and relax. As it is right opposite to railway station most suitable for transit stay. There are plenty of dabas around where we can find really tasty food. Over all its a value for money.

But they having worst restaurant they cant served food on time there guest i sit on a table for half an hour and they didnt asked me for a water when i am getting angry and shouted on them then they give water and even i go to inside there kitchen and ordered food for us coz no one come outside for taking order they told me only one plate paneer is left and a dal only. I have no option coz its already 11 pm so i said ok give me tht. For service i give thm a big ZERO

Motel Maurya is a good hotel at the adjacent to Chandigarh station. Hence location wise it is very convenient to the out station travellers .The entire hotel complex is very well maintained as well as the room and wash room . Amenities is so so .Service boys are very tender and maintain time line .Food quality is not bad .

First day the room was clean but some smell were in the room. Asked to spray the room freshener. Blanket was smelling. Day 2, room floor and wash room had been cleaned but they didnt cleaned the bed even after asking for the same. Food was good, room service was excellent. Location is also perfect. Standard AC rooms are not recommended. Go for deluxe rooms.

The motel is located at a fairly accessible location from the chandigarh railway station. The rooms are pretty good to go , though we felt that the toilet and the food services could have been better . The hotel staff are pretty friendly and cooperative in every sense .So it definitely is recommended for a quick and short stay :)

Size of room is not sufficient and area is around 8x6 sqft.There is no almirah to keep the items in safe.TV also not work properly.( photo attached)Wiring are open there may be a risk of electric fault. (Photo attached).Interlock system is not good (photo enclosed).Housekeeping is zero as I was stayed there for 2 days but room was not cleaned, bad sheet needs to be changed on next day but not done.Towel was provided after asked them to provide.AC works good.Overall room was not good. The only good thing is it being close to the station. Check the AC of your room before booking. Do ask for one with a split AC. The window AC in most rooms dont work.

I was stayed in Motel Mourya on 17/01/2018. location is very good just two min walking distance from station other connectivity is also good from hotel. Food quality is very good, room service is remarkable. I was decided that when I will visit Chandigarh I will stay in Motel Mourya.

I would not suggest this place. Had a really bad experience being there. Room service is terribly bad. Got 3rd floor and phone was not working. Didnt even get the final bill on checkout as computer was not working. Had to go down everytime to ask for something. Worst service ever. Only advantage is that it is near railway station.

The worst room of hotel in my life. every one can see the photos of room. torn blanket like uses by beggars. ac was not working properly. room was so dirty. food was not appropriate. actually they have few useless rooms that ***** not recommended for any one specially not suitabke for families. my god the room was really Horrible. no no never book room here.

Very unprofessional people ,Check in late we waited in lobby ,they didnt ask for water also ,room was okk but tv not working ,no towel when asked they said laundry wala nahi aya,ask for water it took 3 hrs ,very very bad food ,so we skip eating in hotel. we took food from outside and wanted plate from hotel just imagine it took 50.min to reach our room .breakfast was super pathetic no tea thermos when ask said we give only for conference. the food pic is just for your reference.. When complain to owner he was no happy to take my feed back and elderly person was very negative about my feedback then I could understand why hotel is ruin because of leader who is not at all professional and knows his job not even knows how to swipe credit card and simply said app is card nahi chal raha ,given 3 card but he couldnt do it.no change money they have to give to guest my experience was very bad and people should not go on there rates .Rajiv khullar

The worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. Please check the photos. The place was so unclean, I felt I was being accommodated in some govt. staff quarters for Class 3 employees. Unclean, no sense of hygiene, poorly built, room enough to accommodate you (standing) and a bed, noisy through the night, a noisy generator just outside your window, inaccessible location, and any other nightmarish possibilities that you can dream of. ** The attendant showed me a room and said that it is a standard AC room, as I had booked that. He went on to suggest that I can get a better room if I shell out 200 more. It looked like a standard bait - show the worst room and make the guest pay even more! **. I am not looking for any compensation, **. They dont deserve to be associated with your brand

Worst hotel I have ever stayed not at all worth for money. They dont have a extra blanket, pillows or mineral water bottles. Room service guys were drunk by the time we reached hotel and response was worst. Photographs seen here are all edited and not matching to the actuals. Never take this hotel even by mistake.

This is a very old property and the basic rooms were old, however they had newly constructed rooms available by paying additional money. We opted for an upgrade. Dont book basic rooms and check with them whether rooms are in old or new building.
