Couple friendly hotel for couple who arent married. Only id prof is required for coupled. Staff nature is very nice n friendly. Rate are not that much expensive for middle class person. Rooms are well clean and proper hygiene are maintained in the room. Facility ars good,they provide you ac,food and parking also.

Dirty Linen, No Ventilation in the Room, AC Not Working etc etcWe stayed in the hotel on our last halt during the Spiti Trip. We booked 2 rooms thinking it was a good deal but the reality was completely different.There was no ventilation in one room. No window. AC was not working. It was tripping again and again. The linen was very dirty ! Luckily we had ours. There was a humid smell in the room. The bathroom was not clean as well.Overall, very bad experience.

The hotel is located in dingy area of Sector 45.We got conned as we booked it on OYO and after reaching the hotel they refused to entertain the booking saying that theyve deregistered from OYO. The hotel owner though was kind enough to provide us rooms though at high price than we had booked it.The hotel itself is good, has average infrastructure.The problem lies with the area which isnt clean and has an aura of unsafe surrounding.NOT recommended for family only because of surrounding atmosphere.

Dont book here if youre a foreigner. They dont allow you to stay. Not only that, but they were awfully rude, shouting at me to leave. Had booked 9 nights at this hotel through Agoda. Arrived at night, and was kicked onto the street with no hotel. Very horrible experience to be homeless on the street, searching for other hotels. Be careful.

Very co operating and helpful staff. I didn’t get enough WiFi for the First night. They even changed my room and gave me a bigger room. Really and I will stay there again.
