My stay experience here I will consider very good as it has 24 hours running restaurant. Location wise also good. Staff and services are equally good.

I booked the hotel online and stayed there. The room was quite spacious with good washroom. The room service was amazing and they were quite polite with handling queries. Most importantly, dont miss the spa session, its way toooooo great! Ilovedmy stay there.

This hotel is highly recommended for your personal or business stay due to multiple things such as it is centrally located, reasonably priced, 24 x 7 kitchen, huge spacious rooms, friendly staff and super-tasty breakfast. 4 star only for the checkout experience by the lady at reception. At the time of check-out, I was told to wait for few minutes till the time they check the room once ( which was fine with me). However, after few minutes, the final bill was showed to me which was higher than the actual amount if food ordered. When enquired, I was told that extra charges are levied as I had consumed one energy drink from the mini bar in the room ( which was totally wrong ). I argued for this and then the lady at reception checked again with house keeping staff and then was having discussions with I think manager and this whole drama costed me almost 20 additional minutes.Hoping next time they make sure that no such extra items are being added to any guest check-out bill.Rooms were clean with lots of natural lights coming.

I am a person found of good bathtubs 😂 So, The hotel’s bathtub was superb🌈😠😠I visited the hotel and I specially visited chandigarh from delhi just to experience the bathtub that was displayed in the room’s pictures. I was amazed with the bathtub’s experience and it was definitely worth it to visit the place to enjoy it! Though chandigarh did not suit us well but the bathtub was worth it! Would recommend it to anyone whoz as found of bathtubs as I am! Go for a honeymoon suite room at this hotel 💯👠😊

Everything in the hotel looks cheap. We entered the room and the washroom was empty with no towels or soap or a doormat.The supposedly mini bar was empty. No water bottles in the room.When i requested them for the soap towels n doormat it took 3 calls to them for me to get the things in the room. Outside the room there was dustbin which was always kept all dirty.And upon that the issue is not resolved i got bottle of water at 2330 on calling them for 4 to 5 times. There receptionist response call room service and room service number is all the time not reachable.Now the icing on the cake is while parking our car the security directly in a wrong way and the car got hit.Please people do not book this hotel better to book other better hotels at the same price.

Pathetic Hotel. Do not go by the reviews. I trusted the reviews and was utterly disappointed. This is an old stinky hotel with no maintenance whatsoever. The hotel was almost empty and the guy at reception said ill give you the best available room. The best was extremely stinky, washroom had taps leaking, there were no tissues in the washrooms, Towels were dirty!Plus not sure if they have generator or not but the entire night the AC did not work. No one picked up the call at night and the recption phone kept ringing alongwith all other listed numbers. They do not allow outside food and the food From restaurant was stale and undercooked. Never visiting again!

Hotel Rajshree is definitely one of the best and convenient hotels to stay in Chandigarh.Firstly, it is located at a perfect spot with Elante Mall being just few minutes walk away. Secondly, the staff is very courteous and provide a quick and efficient service. Thirdly, the rooms are so good and aesthetically designed that you feel royal. The hotel is very close to Elante mall just 10 minutes walk from the mall. The stay was amazing. staff are very cooperative. Rooms are quite spacious and beautiful. Its a beautiful property to stay in no matter whether you are travelling with family, as couple Or even solo I would highly highly recommend all of you to check this property. The price is quite reasonable and there is their own spa service also that you can take.

I wish I could give negative rating to poorly maintained property, trust me this is most honest i am talking after having a one day stay and second day we changed our hotel. the only thing good at this place is location. I dont know how and who are the people and who have given this reviews, I was befooled by review and booked the room there. We have seen almost 4-5 rooms and then decide one manageable room. 1 Extremely dirty rooms: room windows were dirty, not even dusted well, dust on window mirrors. 2. Found ash on bed corners. 3. Bedsheet and pillows were not clean, seems the are using same bedsheet for 2-3 guests. 4. Bathrooms were not clean.5. No exhaust in bathroom additionally: gives you shampoo and body moisturizer but in their bathroom they have a liquid soap which they expect us to use post using toilets and for bath, no separate body moisturizer, body wash or shampoo was in the room.6. Room heater does not work in morning. 7. YOU CAN NOT ORDER FOOD FROM OUT. 8. Their room service is expensive and top on it, while boking they tell you that they will be giving you 25% discount on F&B but they give you only 20.9. Hotel floors are so un-clean.7. The way it look in picture, it is totally opposite of it. 8. Electronic gates does not work properly they have given a kundi to lock the door. 9. Its more or less a dharamshala rather a hotel. 8. Since my husband did not allow me the I could not take much pictures but would love to share the tray and style they serve morning tea.10. They charged us ...Rs for one night, with BF its 2800. and this is what we have received for that price. 11. Country Inn offers room in same prices but little far from from city, before booking please see the room. Hated my stay, please dont go. After seeing pictures you can decide your stay in their 3 star hotel and spa.

My family and I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel recently, we encountered a number of unsatisfactory service levels.First, it took more than an hour for room service after we check-in and order food . Before that I struggle to dial room service number as keypad was not working for phone. Room was dirty.. AC was not cooling at all . Within 2 hrs decided to check out .. bt manager was so rude and ask to pay complete stay fare ... Later somehow room was switched .. now in this new room there was no mini bar ... Table mirror was broken .. multiple times calls were made for room service as they take life to service.. staff was rude ..

Checked in last night but it turndown to be a nightmare I have stayed here before that was the reason I choose this property but never thought I would get this kind of experience. Worst customer service experience they doesnt care about guest they really need to understand the meaning of Hospitality myself from the hospitality background being a Front Office Manager in one the reputed international hotel chain.All started from check in where there EDC machine was not working its ok sometimes its happen then moving into the room basic water bottles were not there in the room then no tea coffee amenities was placed I wonder how they release there rooms. Then moving onto the room dining made a order for noodles after half an hour I called room service the guy said I forget to punch your order wow look at the approach toward customer. And in the last I was having a flight at 4:00 and made a request for late check out till 2:00 which is very normal for hotels but it was shocking for me around 11:40 recieved a call from a lady saying in a rude manner that you need to check out by 12:00 its Saturday we are busy.I think GM of the hotel should sit with the entire staff and teach them basic SOPs of hospitality Because as per me its never a property its always a staff who mak es the experience worst

I stayed on 11 of August to 12 of August for one day with my family today I have seen that they are having bites of bed bugs all over my Toddler body I havent seen first but when I came to my hometown now I have realised they are bed bugs I have stayed in this property couple of times before but this time I donot know what to say my room number was 641. Not going to stay in this property from now on and will not recommend to anyone.

Very poor welcome upon check in, no one guided to reach the room.room walls, table, tea/coffee making equipment and tray dirty. no one to take out the luggage from the vehicle. still lying after 30 minutes there.door lock not functioning. laundry linen of used rooms lying just outside the room door.real bad experience, if anyone can right now call me and resolve the issues. dont want to stay in this hotel, please shift from this shabby place.totally upsetting experience.

Just dont go here.My checkin time was 12 PM but room was not cleaned until 1:30 PM.I had payed full in advance.Even though I was 30 min late for checkin had to wait for straight 60 minEven after that my suit didnt have basic amenities like slippers and facewash or dental kit.Lady at the reception was rude.THERE IS NO PARKING. You have to leave your card in wide open road.If you know anything about Chandigarh, you know how strict Chandigarh traffic police is.Jacuzzi in washroom was broken.I havent reviewed anything anyplace this bad before, but also I havent faced such a bad experience before.Dont waste your money here, there are many more hotels within 300m area.

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious with a minibar and all modern amenities. Bathrooms are clean and Great to use. Food also tastes quite good. The only issue was the breakfast, was charged an additional 425 rupees and just aloo parathas with curd and tea were given. Expected a decent buffet at this price or atleast more options. Overall though, will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay near the tribune chowk area in Chandigarh.
