The great bear situated on the madhya marg, sector 26 as this sector is a eating hub. Parking is paid which is 12/- per for four wheeler.It is nice place to sit, drink and eat with friends. There is an ample space to sit.four flavours of craft beer is available. Happy Hours runs during afternoon till 7pm in which 1+1 available.food is tasty but little on higher side.overall enjoyable in music and big television screen is available for entertainment and live action.

Totally exiting and mind refreshing place. I loved the beer from here. The beers are available in a great variety and the taste is fairly awesome. They have their own brewery too The low light with music makes the aura. Next, the nachos were really worth. Pizza, side items like honey chill cauliflower / potato are so good.

I had been to this place like 2 days ago to enjoy a freshly brewed beer with my friend. And to top it all it was a great experience, I wish they had a little louder music but then it still had a good vibe. The service is great and the food portion size was pretty good.I enjoyed a amritsari fish fry, a fresh basil cheese margarita pizza and butter garlic naan and handi chicken curry. The food was pretty delicious and the seasoning was also decent.Coming to the beer it was really nice we had a green apple flavoured one which indeed was refreshing and chilled. It is indeed a good place to go and chill at the weekends. I would surely recommend this place.

The place has BETTER beers than their competition in the same area. Id repeat, ONLY BETTER, NOT GREAT!We had Green apple beer and Rose beers in which they had 1+1 on beer mugs. Green apple beer was PATHETIC! some might like it, I personally did not! Rose beer however, tasted like a flavoured mild Lager beer which wasnt that bad and was certainly better than the green apple one.Apart from that we had their version of chilli chicken with a twist of Curry leaves which wasnt bad, but wasnt great either, then we had crispy corn and French fries. I have visited this brewery so many times but have always failed to write a review. It is the most affordable, authentic and delicious brewery in town. A true paradise for all beer enthusiasts. Like any other brewery, the beer is cheap but the food is not, it is gonna burn a hole in your pocket. I have always had complaints with regards to very loud music, which the management always fails to reduce even after repeated requests. Other than the uncomfortably loud music this place is best suited for all. Also, they allow stag entry unlike all other phoney breweries in the vicinity. Highly recommended.

Visited this outlet yesterday and ordered:The Great Bear Green apple pitcher which was priced at 1149.Nachos with Tomato Salsa 229.Mexican Pizza at 379.Tandoori Veg Platter at 699.Total bill including taxes was 2665 which is okay for the quality of food and also quantity can be a little better. Ambiance was lovely and interiors are really amazing. Best thing I liked was the tandoori platter ,I have also shared a picture of this platter below. It was healthy and tasty as well but again I would like to point out the quantity at 699 inr. It sure is very less and can be improved.I am deducting two stars here because their was a problem in service in which the waiter used to take the plates in which food was served while we were still eating. They didnt wait for us to finish. They took the plate the very first time while we were still eating nachos and their were handful of them left in the plate. He picked the plate and then asked that should I take it away. I have visited many restaurants and in good restaurants they dont do this.Hope they improvise their service soon.In the end I would say whole experience was okay and one time visit kind of place for me for sure.

It was my first time visiting here with a friend. The ambience is quite great actually and the staff members are really cooperative and cool minded with ample of patience. The food tasted really great .no complaints with the service 😅. My only complaint is that it closes at 10:30🤣🤣. Long story short, it was a great experience ❤️

Great bear is a nice place to chill and have a great beer experience. Although Mr. Prakash, the waiter is quite rude in enganging customers. Not expected from a prominent place where customer service should be polite and decent.

If you are just looking for a good craft beer then this is the place where you want to be. Happy hours are there but you will get +1 for what you have ordered earlier(only bad thing that you pointed out). Serving is good.

The Germans have finally put foot in Chandigarh. I ended up at this chic place with an old buddy during Happy Hours. 2 mugs of 500 ml of freshly brewed Weißer beer for 300 !!! I couldnt have asked for anything more. Their sitting with a nice Beer Garden touch reminded me of Germany and the taste is almost nostalgic. Heaven for beer lovers I would say!

The choice of vegetarian food is quite common and not good. I am just sharing my experience. Non vegetarian food could be better.

Nice place in a nice town. Spent a great evening, they have some unqiue flavours of beer brewed in their own backyard. I went in Jan and they had all month long anniversay celebration; offering special discounts. The service is good too. Good place to hang out!
