My stay at Red Fox was awesome. The hotel staff was very polite and helping. Room service was excellent. Hotel location was also good. Almost everything is near. Food was tasty, specially the breakfast. Over all, it was very pleasant and good stay. As a solo traveller, I like safety as the important part here and Hotel was very safe.

Overall facilities are awesome . Food is also tasty and services are also good. Just there is need of swimming pool and proper gym with mirror. For referring to other I will refer thats good option in Chandigarh

Rooms are small, all are same, eminities are not much, but staff is very good, Megha, Pulkit, and one more guy mostly in dinning hall. They all are very much customer centric, soft spoken. Red fox is brand name but at chandigarh they need to improve,rooms are small anyway one can manage but mattress are not right ,spring,not cosy or comfortable to sleep.every thing is chargeble dont be so miser,drivers must be provided space even on cost like dormitory.Breakfast can be make more diverse. Location is good ,close to Ellentte mall.fitness centre is very small in size .overall in budget hotel you can enjoy here.

Its okayish stay..rooms are quite small.. washroom is nice(for people who are not comfortable going in bad washrooms).Service is decent..If you want to roam to clubs,malls,lake can stay..Its on a higher price though

Its a business hotel and we have stayed here here for over a week at certain times. The staff is very courteous and polite. The kitchen staff is ever so accommodating. We had a good experience and a pleasant stay.

Its an average kind of hotel. Biggest drawback is its small rooms. There is space for just 1 Double-Bed only, so it feels claustrophobic. Earlier it was Ginger Hotel which is now taken over by Red Fox.Also, bring your own toothpaste & toothbrush else they will charge you Rs. 40 for it. Same for Shaving Cream & Blades.Though it is located on an easily approachable road, yet its surroundings are not good. There is an old building on one side & Maruti Nexa at other side.Elante Mall is about 900 metres so one can go there by foot.I opted for breakfast included in my stay & they have buffet system. Food quality is ok. Not extraordinary but not bad either.

This place has the worst customer service one can ever experience. I recently stayed at this property and was shocked to see the behavior of night shift staff towards hotel guests. Front desk executive Varun was extremely rude and switched off the lights while me and my guests were still having discussion in the cafeteria. Instead of informing us, he found it appropriate to ruthlessly talk to us and disrespect us. Talking to him was talking to a wall and he never apologized for his bad behavior and rather said he could not help himself but did what he had to do. Never seen such a callous person working at the front desk. Worst experience. Will never book this property again and definitely not going to recommend it to anyone.

Rooms are decent, nothing wow. But they charge you for everything from wifi to dental kit. Worst part is food, really bad experience with food. If get option dont include breakfast and get room for little less

It was all good, everything was fine except ac was not working properly.thus there was a suffocation in the room.only ac was in bad condition. it was not cooling room and due to which it felt suffocated

I booked this hotel for my 2 days visit but couldn’t think of extending it on the other day. Right from entering to the hotel things went wrong, guard was not available at the parking. Rooms were too small , towel for second person was not available even on asking, intercom was not working, ac was turning off every 10 mins, internet was chargeable although without using they charged Rs. 52. Buffet was really bad no great options available. Could have rate below one but sorry couldn’t find the option for the same.

If you are reaching Chandigarh via train then this place is quite near to it, it is even not too far away from the airport as well, hardly five kilometers. The rooms might feel small to some visitors but they are very well maintained in terms of cleanliness (both the room and bathroom) and facilities, staff is courteous. Location is apt as many main attractions like sukhna lake, rock garden, rose garden and sector 17 market are not too far from this place. Taxis/cabs or autos are easily available right outside the hotel, using ola/uber is the best option according to me.

This is a 3 star hotel. I booked a business room with breakfast included in my package. Talking about the room, its cosy. It isnt a big one but neither too small. The room gets a fan as well as an AC. The room gets two windows. Theres a free tea coffee kit along with two water bottles. One of the bottles however was opened as the seal was broken. The windows dont have a latch to open but on special request the staff of the hotel opened it. Talking about staff, they are pleasant to speak with and courteous at the same time. Few paintings can be seen hanging on the wall. Bed is twin sharing and can be combined as a master bed as well. You get an almirah and a small fridge as well. Bathroom is small and ok in my opinion. The place and room is clean. One thing I would like to point out is that dental kit, shaving and shower kit along with slippers are chargeable. Usually this comes free with the room booking. Here you need to pay Rs 40 extra.One thing that I would like to point out is that the breakfast was not upto the mark. If you are looking for something tasty then thats not what you will get. I have no idea how dinner is since I didnt have it. Breakfast has buffet system and one juice item.The hotel from the outside looks big. Parking for cars is free and is within the boundaries of the hotel premises.
