Take precaution... Rooms ambiance is good but I dont have good experience in food ... Dont have options .. even you need to check expiry on packed items

One of my favourite places for dinner. Warm ambiance, courteous staff, superb menu... Sizzling brownie is a must...Only thing to consider here is the price of liquor.. its unbelievably high.. a pint of kingfisher ultra for Rs. 250... Not worth it.. only reason to give 4 star instead of 5..

I had a delightful experience during my stay, The hotel location and premises are in road touch location, the hotel follows Covid 19 safety protocols. Comfort-wise it was a great to stay, bed cushioning was just perfect, room and overall cleaning was excellent, good hygiene, food test, and service was also perfect. Overall what I noticed is great retained, groomed staff with humble support. It was a memorable stay. I thank the hotel for everything, will prefer to stay again !!

Hotel is excellent at the entrance and very well maintained Garden Area to make customers Fool..Once you book and enter the room then your all time bad experience starts...... Everything from landline to Table, chair, mirrors are broken I mean to say everything Broken ... everything.... I havent seen any property in my life to have everything broken.....TV remote not working..Window glasses were dirty....Such a shame to the property owner as this is the worst way to do buisness....Such a nice area and property but such poorly managed.....No service as you have to even ask for dental kits.... Washroom hanger to hang cloth was broken and washroom is really dirty ... Bathing kit was absolutely made to cost cut , so I didnt even used it.....Towel were dirty and old...Manager Lady was not at all concerned to take feedback and show some concern when we informed her ...Big disappointment......Lastly only one good think was thier breakfast as it was very good and thats why gave one star to them...Thank god we stayed only for one day with family and nightmare was over soon

Plus points: Well detailed room and clean bathroom. Well groomed staff who are also courteous and take care of Guests! All COVID protocols are followed and we get a sense of Security in this regard. Good and comfortable bed with clean linen. Hands down they come on top for their location. Walkable distance from one of the most happening malls of Chandigarh.Minuses: Restaurant and not much food variety. Also, the food is priced very high.Missed the Bar, so would not like to comment on the same.

Room was so soo small. Bathroom had drainage problems. There was a wonderful view on one side but unfortunately they didnt give us a room with a view. Food was good but no buffet.

They helped us by providing free food service to our doorstep during our covid journey. Thank alot 🙏🏽

The location of the hotel is in the heart of the city - very close to Elante Mall as well as Tribune Chownk. The staff is very polite and extremely helpful. The food is delicious and the ambience is good. I had a memorable stay at the hotel.

Rooms are small in size, hot water problem and plenty of water wastage, half of the time there is problem of network on TV . There is no Buffet in Breakfast. You order your choice of cuisine and they will serve.

Although the place is really good in terms of hospitality and amenities, the lighting and the ambience of the hotel gives a little shady feel to it.

Hospitality is a tricky term and people in hotel industry need to constantly do more than the usual to reach heights. The hotel is good food is ok-ish. The supervisor needs to know, he has to keep customers first as well as how to behave with his staff in front of customers.

I was there at a family function, the things i like were their ambiance, location, and parking space thats it. There food was ok, but the rice seems to be stale. Their washrooms were messy. They served starters on tissue papers, they should have used quarter plates. I hope they will improve themselves in future.

Super nice staying experience at the Hotel, didnt try the restaurant though. Room (Dlx) was nice and clean, washroom was little bit on the smaller side, but not a huge issue. Overall ambience was very nice. Very appreciable and approachable front desk and support staff. Facilities like Bar and rooftop dining was there but didnt get the chance to check out. Full value for the money for the stay.

Firstly we were greeted by some really noisy co occupants and to add to it our room has been super heated and the AC also is not working and to make matters worst this is the only room available in the hotel. The maintenance guys gets a table fan to regulate the temperature. This is winters and yet we needed a fan to sleep its crazy hot heated the room was. Not taking anything away from the friendly and helpful staff who tried to do as much as they could do.

Its a beautiful hotel.. Staff is super friendly and helpful. It has all the modern facilities and a cozy atmosphere.. This place is super quite and very nice to spend the vacations..thos hotel has beautiful interior and great privacy.. What iost enjoyed is food and that is also veg. Usually inant hotels nongeg food is top class but veggies ok types but I n this hotel veg food and deserts were so ymmm. Best location and best place. Must visit..!! 💕

Me and my friends stay here while staying at the Altius our meals were absolutely beautiful there was nothing we could fault. Everything was reasonably priced & looked & tasted fantastic. The staff were very attentive & nothing was too much trouble. We also had the buffet breakfast which was also very good & lots to choose from the hot & cold options we walked away very full. We will definitely be back.

The interiors are comforting and well maintained. Parking space is sufficient. The trees are pruned properly and this surely is a good choice for a business conference. Best thing is the room with the wooden floor amalgamated with mirror interiors for a perfect weekend getaway.

Our party went very well on the evening of 4th December, 2019.Ambience is good so was the hall on first floor. Good decors & good service. Cozy place to be, hotel can do good business if they care for the Priceline to compete with hotel in the vicinity.

Stayed on the 5th floor. Extremely noisy room because of restaurant on 6th floor starting from 6 morning to 12.30 night. Decent room but need few upgrades. Food was good. Friendly staff.

Must say- One of the excellent place in chandigarh! A good party center. They are running a night club named 10 Downing Streer which is very famous among the top night club in chandigarh!I will rate this place 4/5 as for 5 star their service also needs to improve! Rest its good!

Peaceful location. Rooms need renovation. OK place to stay. When you check in reception asks you to give 5 star rating in advance and for that they will give you 15% discount card for F&B. When you enter your room you realize that you made mistake for discount card. Discount card is also of no value as menu rates are quite high. Not a bad place but definitely not worth 5 rating

Location is great from a convenience perspective because it is located close to the railway station.The rooms are quite sad - overall, I wouldnt recommend it if you are traveling for leisure. For business, its ok.

Unethical staff. And lower then expected service level as per price. They mislead the customers. Though the hotel is clean and tidy. Nice small rooms for comfort stay.Staff dont have ability to politely say no to its customers. I myself wont stay there again. But you shall visit at least once.

Amazing buffet both breakfast n dinner , special packages for groups. The staff is good n very cooperative regarding your convenience, the hotel has no parking lot of their own but ur cars are safe as their security gard is always there. Rooms are compact but nice.

Very good hotel. Excellent food and service. Been with family and felt comfortable. Housekeeping is responsive. Could have given 5 star rating if the room didnt have problems. We pointed out the problems and housekeeping attended promptly. Overall good experience.

Bloody poor service and they are ripping off the patrons as I was charged 2000 just for the Tea Stain on bedsheet. Cashier named Sandeep was arrogant and rude and didn’t consider that he should charge us for the Laundry service, rather charged us for the new bedsheet. Pathetic Behaviour. I recommend everyone that stay away from this hotel as they’re very good at ripping people off.

Very nice place .. they have a good collection of fresh brew and multi level seating depending upon your need you can sit on a sofa or a chair, need to the music or far. Overall a nice place with good beer.

Really good hotel and good infrastructure. Location is peaceful and at night the lights in hotels are so beautiful. A small garden in front of this hotel is perfect for a couple walk. Nice service they provide. 4 stars because washroom is small. Beds are very nice. Overall, the hotel is good at this property range. I decorated room for my friends birthday. Especially the rooftop lounge and dj is perfect to have a funky night.

Its a great hotel to stay in. The service is excellent and the staff is very curtious.The rooms are comfortable and the rooftop bar fluid is a great place to shoot some pool and enjoy a drink. They also give special discounts to the guests of the hotel at fluid. Food is great.thanks team altius

Very Pathetic experience during my stay at hotel.Cobwebs in Room and live spider is there.toiletries are not provided after many reminders. Half used Shampoo and body gel are kept in bathroom.You people are so cost concerned, it means customer experience doesnt matter for you.Loose screw are in washroom.there is long list of things but I dont have time to update all. You guys are so compromised on customer safety reason there is open loose wire in room.
