There quality over the years have declined drastically.. I am regular M&S customers from last 6 years I recently bought some clothes and believe me i had to return them All due to quality issue and defectiveness 3 months ago in bought a trouser from them it was tron after wearing 3-4 times and they resufed to give any assistance on that matter without even looking at clothes.. I bought 2 white shirts last week with and had to return the item next day because it was not fitting well although I bought same shirt 3 month back with same size and model no butter the later bought was not same size as the previously bought the but product was same and same size so I would request yoo all to check everything before u make any purchases decisions I am not buying them from again I am. Quitting the marks and Spencer brand..

It is one the best outlet in Elante mall Chandigarh which I always prefer to visit. The clothing is very good for both men and women. I have been using the brand for almost one year and I have no complaints regarding the fabric at all. There are timely sale benefits given by the store. The staff is very helpfull as well. I really enjoyed my shopping experience everytime I visot the store.

The staff out here in this M&S store is just too courteous. Always ready to help and way too polite . This is one of the prime reasons I prefer shopping from M&S and no other brand if I’m at the elante mall actually.Kudos to the management.

Best price and Best stuff for any age..

I buy all my Western clothes from M&S. In the beginning it was exactly like its outlets in Dubai n England. But now, during sales times, most of the garments in ladies section can be seen hanging in crumbled state as if they r used rags. Visit to this place has become disappointing now

The store has very well organised display. Its One of the best outlets in tricity. M & S has started a new feature to help customers choose the right bra fitting. This service at this store is quite average. The staff is not trained enough to help customers in this section. Needs improvement.

Marks and Spencer was so good few months ago but now the quality and variety of clothes has degraded. Before then so many different variety of clothes were present but now its all dull and wont even visit more often.I loved this shop but not that much anymore.I wish it would never have changed.

This one is not very well stocked as far as mens toiletries are concerned.

I am a regular in Marks n Spencer. Its an amazing brand very durable. I have been to various stores all over India! Always found great stuff, but the one in Elante mall is lacking in the variety of women clothing, the designs of party wear tops n dresses is too conservative and old, they definitely need to bring in trendy n fresh stock, otherwise the place is good!!The Staff out there is always ready to help!!!
