Walked into the bar for a quick beer. Loved the bar ambience. Comfortable. With energy. But large enough to allow easy conversations without getting disturbed. Food was great as well :)

Had pathetic experience twice, the hotel seem to not work upon their shortcomings and ignore customers feedback totally. Visited the property after an year but they seemed to have only gotten worse with time. Give the place to oyo, maybe they could run it better than the guys at Hyatt. Ive had multiple incidents at the property. In one incident, my luggage was not taken out of the cab which almost got lost. The room provided was not clean and even had bits of tobacco packing on the floor. The bath tub was dirty too. To add cherry to the top, they gave me invoice of some other customer at check out and mine was never given. Similar unprofessional type of incidents repeated during my second visit to the property which was almost after a year. The management seems either unaware or unconcerned to the issues being faced by their customers. They also cannot keep promises, since they couldnt provide me the services theyd promised earlier. All in all total failure and undeserving to be called Hyatt or a five star hotel property. Expectations are always high from a brand like Hyatt which they couldnt maintain.

We were there for a short 1 night stay.Children had fun at Elante mall in the day time and evening we had in-room dining.The food is very nicely prepared, served fresh and hot in roomsThe restaurant we went the other day and its ambience was quite nice.Do try their superb breakfast buffet.

Poor experience in comparison to their name. 1st they provided the room which had broken washroom door and broken almirahs. Next room they provided was better but its washroom got locked from inside by itself.

Ambience is quite soothing. Excellent service. The only downside is the limitation in the menu. Its a theme based restaurant, and so not many options besides italian and asian cuisine are available.

One of the most bizzare hyatt properties . Food is very average. They do not allow you to take your bluetooth speaker, your friends cannot come to meet you in your room after 11pm curfew and what not. Every 5star has this no guest after 2200 hrspolicy but this one follows to the core.So, if you want your two best friends from the town to come and say Hi on a weekday late evening...aint happening . Meet them in the lobby .The rooms are fine . the view of Mall in the evening from bedroom is good. That is the only plus .

Stayed on 6th Floor. Coming out of elevators, there was smell of just smoke all around (Not expected from such chain of Hotels). Smells were like embedded in the carpets. Horrible. In the morning breakfast, the persons delivering food were so unprofessional and rude that It was better to go by your own rather than asking them. No Feedback form asked, otherwise would have given feedback over there only. Not Going Again.

Completely disappointed. Was here for my husband’s birthday and the room which was given was not at all clean. When the same was told to the team they got me to a room whose pictures are attached I had to ask them to shift me back to the previous room. They almost wasted 1 hour in this. Hyatt was a place I loved visiting but this time I am super disappointed.

I went there on the occassion of my Daughters Bday and we felt cheerful by the courtesy extended towards my daughter by Ms. Vibhu at front desk. There were some hiccups with the bluetooth and qr code technology for in room speaker and menu. Other than that the room and hotel felt really comfortable, breakfast carried a good variety and staff gave prompt service. Valet parking staff is amazing and very courteous. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thanks

Everything is good… Rooms, food and staff are really good

What is good hospitality all about- courteous staff, clean rooms, nice decor, good food. Hyatt has it all... But thats not all. The corner stone of great service is what the staff does to make a guest happy. So I called up guest service and asked them about whether they had medicines or not- general medicine- paracetamol, anti inflammatory etc. Fair enough so they dont carry medicine. Next time I called up and specifically requested for someone to collect the medicine for me. And I did this because my knee had started hurting pretty badly. And I am told that the hotel doesnt carry medicine and if I wanted I could go to the nearby mall and they cant send someone to get the medicine...So for me Hyatt failed where it needed to succeed. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. And this wasnt the first time- on my first visit I had specifically requested for a king sized bed but at check in was told that such room was only available in smoking floors. On my second visit, I was told to wait to check in while the executive cooly was chatting and even left his station. But I didnt pay much heed to these short comings. Now I realise that this hotel has systemic problems.... And hence a single star rating.....

Pathetic staff…pathetic service…it took me forever to check in..both the guys at the check in were busy on their phones paying no attention to the job they are suppose to do…disappointing service,ordered a non veg club sandwich which was undelivered after an hour of ordering…called in room dining again,the man at the receiving end said no order was given and even after ignoring the fact I was asked to wait for 15 mins more for the sandwich which came after 35 mins post ordering again..will never come here again!Think before spending ur hard earned money…much better options are available for the same price or less

I am arranging cabs for congress MP in chandigarh.

Interior of the room was old. After2litres of drinking water (mineral water bottle) for 2people for a day. They start charging 120/- for 1litre water bottle. That too only for 1st day from next day that 1litre will also be chargeable. Service was average. Ordered biryani in the room which was delivered very late but was tasty.

We are currently living in Hyatt Regency, Chandigarh and our room and the overall hygiene of the places has been great. Though I cant comment on the entire experience before checking out, our breakfast experiences was rather troublesome. The place was completely occupied and the customers had to wait outside. They did not have enough seats, cutlery and even glasses. This was very amusing as something as basic as a spoon and a fork was not being provided to us despite constant request.

Overall ambiance was good, service support was poor, i called several times in bar, they didn’t pick the phone. food ordered was also delayed by one hr. and when food came they forgot to bring spoon and fork. I complained this to service manager they assured me to give a good service afterwards but the same thing happed next day, we ordered coffee 4 times in breakfast, each time they forgot to give and room shower was also in bad condition, although the technician came and repaired that, but this kind of service i can easily avail in other 3-4 star hotel. May be an odd case but a motive to just enjoy the luxury property for a day from my busy schedule was not experienced good.

Worst experience at any 4/5star hotel. They opened the Urban cafe on 10Jan and we went ahead thinking they might have comeback with bang and positive energy..but it was completely opposite...there was only one server...for entire floor can you imagine how poorly managed it was..why do we go to Hyatt..so that we get served right and on time..I wish I could speak to the manager on floor but he was not there..
